This guy is definitely a winner. First, he cancelled on me twice after confirming times. Then he shows up to my house and I was on a work call and needed 10 minutes to finish up...He just leaves, takes off with no heads up and never answers my text or phone calls. Stay away from this guy. As he was waiting, I told him before he showed up I was on a work call and needed 15 minutes...huffing and puffing. He's a clown.

I had a fantastic experience with AdvancedTV aka David. I reached out on Tuesday evening, and he promptly picked up the TV the next day, arriving on time and even sending a text 20 minutes before. He quickly identified the issue, provided a receipt during pickup, and took care of everything. The TV was fixed by the next morning, and he delivered it back, setting it up perfectly. David is a gem of a person, and I highly recommend his services.

Excellent service! Dave came within the hour to my house to check my TV black screen and verified that it was the led light that needed replacing. He took back to his shop and a few hours later brought it back all fixed! Very honest, fast and courteous technician. I highly recommend them!!

Great experience working with David. He was very responsive by text and got back to me quickly with estimates. He even picked up and dropped off the TV and set it back up upon finishing the project. Fixed my TV in less than a week.

I am so glad I reached out to Advanced TV when mine started acting up. I was going to go to the Geek Squad, but someone suggested a TV repairman. I didn’t think they existed, but am so glad they do! David was friendly, professional, on time and got the job done perfectly. I am so grateful for his help and would not hesitate to reach out again if needed and have already been recommending his services left and right! It’s good to know you don’t have to go to the big business for these things, but can have a nice, friendly person who knows their stuff come to your house and take care of it for you. Thank you!

We had a really positive experience with Advanced TV, the professionalism, realistic diagnostic work and incredibly fast repair at a reasonable cost! Dave was easy to work with, honest and respectful. The Samsung "official home service" quote for a visit alone was 2/3 of the total of the actual repair with Advanced TV. Highly recommended!

Great same-day service! I called Dave in the evening and he was able to swing by my place the next morning. He took my TV to his shop and explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. He brought the fixed TV back a few hours later and I've had no issues since then. The repair cost was low compared to what I would've spent on a new TV, so I was thankful for an easy solution.One last thing: I emailed and used the "Contact Us" form on the website and did not receive a response, calling got a reply in less than five minutes. Give him a ring!

Microcenter couldn't repair my TV's super tricky problem so they sent me here and David was able to find the part that had burnt out and replace it. If he can't fix it, it's probably beyond saving.

They came to my place in Lexington to diagnose the 65 inch TV. It was a backlight issue. They took the TV back to the shop and brought it back within 2 working days. Great service!

The best service ever. I called David on Monday. He said he’d call Tuesday, which he did, first thing. Said he be over in a half hour, which he was. He was knowledgeable, reasonable, and nice to know there is still honest, hard working people in the world. I told him that I would make sure all the people I know who have a TV, knows his name. If you have a problem with your TV, Avanced TV is the right number to call.

I am so very grateful for the help and service Dave provided. My mothers’s television broke and I was desperate to move another television into her room ASAP, since she is terminally ill.I called Dave this afternoon and he arrived at my house in under an hour!He fixed everything perfectly and was so very gracious and kind.
