An Xfinity-Comcast customer service representative is extremely difficult to reach by phone. That is why, now, we have to actually drive to a store when a problem arises with our cable service. We had been alerted that one of our cable boxes needed to be updated. As usual, I tried repeatedly to make an appointment by phone but could never get through. I finally filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General. The A.G.’s office called back within an hour. Xfinity is well known to them. As we needed the new cable box immediately, I drove to the Bellingham store. One nice girl was trying to help. An employee named Lance joined the conversation. He was absolutely horrible. He wasn’t the least bit sympathetic toward the particular set of problems. Having driven all the way over there, I expressed urgency in the matter. Shortly thereafter, Lance told me to leave the store. This is rude and unacceptable. The next visit to the Bellingham Store was by my husband and me. Again, all we needed to do was schedule a service call. A very personable employee named Gabriela took our information. She scheduled a service call: date, time and purpose. On August 6 the technician arrived on schedule and the problem has been solved. Xfinity itself, in our opinion, bears most of the responsibility for this set of problems. We are making plans for some changes.

I wish I could give them zero stars I will be telling everyone I know and all apps I have about the false advertising of this company. stop buying movies from xfinity! they do not actually have purchases it's a long term rental I just found out over the 10 years of having xfinity/comcast on demand that the 1600 we have spent over the years on purchasing movies was wasted these movies are not purchased what this company calls purchases are in fact long term rentals and all my kids favorite movies will be expiring in the next two years. it's billshit and it's false advertising abandon cable at all costs. this is theft.

I went in the beginning of May to add 2 boxes. My bill prior to that was About 150 because I only had internet. I got my bill this month and it was close to 700 dollars. Apparently, THEY work on commission and the tall guy added : a camera installation, ultimate tv package, 2 extra boxes. These guys are running a scam there! the manager couldn't even keep a straight face when I asked about all these upgrades that I didn't order. Then when I get home - my cable box doesn't work - now I have to deal with customer service. They'll be in solve it 7 for an investigation soon....

Xfinity customer service is the absolute worst! Can't speak to a human and can only talk to a Robot in a round about way on the phone that asks questions that are not relevant to your needs. Where is the attorney general when you need them???!! Help me

We went to this store because of the rating it already had with past customers. We recently had changed our internet/tv service with Xfinity and had added cell service. We had been back to our original center five times, and the service/pricing was still not as promised. The last time we went, we were just flatly told, "We don't provide technical support here" That's when we went to the Bellingham store. Matt was our main man and fixed everything for us, including the correct monthly pricing amount. Karen came over and helped also. At one point even the manager, Tom, was involved offering his help. We were there for over an hour. We will never go to any other Xfinity store. They are the best!

I canceled the Service and I'm still getting charged. My service has been off for a month. I'm disabled and still waiting for the Box that that they said they would send me that I could mail back the device and still waiting on that. Call the bank stop any payments

I joined up for WiFi service in November and it's been going extremely well! They had a promotion at the time so I signed up for a mobile phone plan too. That has also been great. I really enjoy the digital voicemail which transcribes voicemail so you can read it quickly before you listen to it. The payments and billing have been easy. I got amazing customer service from a AJ Mezzadri, he went above and beyond to help me so I would certainly recommend him and his team to you. All my questions and concerns were listened to and answered. They really know what they are doing and it's been an amazing 3 months so far! Thank you Comcast

Had an awesome Xfinity experience thanks to Jose Bautista at the Bellingham store. After running into technical difficulties switching phones from another carrier, Jose helped me over the course of a few days and never wavered in his professionalism and persistence in fixing my issues. I hope the company recognizes what a great employee they have!

From my experience, customer service was great. I was assisted by Peg W. Friendly and answered all of my questions. I went around 5pm on a Tuesday and didn't have to wait. Maybe I got lucky but was in and out pretty quickly.

I have had the worst time with Xfinity had it another town for over 20 years had many people in my family get it my mother my aunt's but moving to Millis it has been a nightmare. Forget help over the phone my Wi-Fi has been out for 6months. They still want money for something I am not receiving I am appalled.2 choices here Verizon and Xfinity that's it and it's pricing is out of control don't know how you would afford it with a family

I will start by saying Xfinity phone support is terrible but I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by the bellies store to exchange equipment. I was greeted by Eric and he was quick and professional and answered all my questions.
