It’s impossible to get a number to speak with a human being. Once you actually get someone on the phone they don’t know anything. LOL, an hour on the phone and the customer service rep had nothing for. Waste of time.

I came from spectrum … so I was expecting to wait around for a few hours. The gentleman said maybe 10 words tops and I had everything I needed. In and out in less than 5 mins, made my day.

Super long wait to just drop off equipment, super short staffed all the time , xfinity fix this asap! Please
