I buy baby formula here for my infant. He takes a strange type and there is never more than 1 or 2 bottles. Now several months ago there was a sign saying "5 bottle limit" taped to the inside of the lockable glass formula case (where they keep the very expensive formula). Last time I went in there the sign was gone. There was 6 bottles of the formula I needed. I looked up and down the aisle. There were zero signs stating the limit. So I as a normal person grabbed all 6 bottles and continued shopping. When I was at the self check out I started scanning stuff. An employee came up to my cart and informed me there is a limit of 5 bottles and a sign saying so. I told her the sign was gone and I double checked. She kinda had a fit and got very angry with me. After going back and forth I said "get your manager over here" She instead took the 1 extra bottle out of my cart and scurried away with it like a sociopath. So screw this place. I hope the mega corporation rewards you with an extra bathroom break because you prevented a parent from getting 1 extra bottle of baby formula you miserable specimen. I mean come on. The sign about limits is gone. How else would a person remove it? It was taped to the inside of a locked case.

I went to the Bellingham WA Walmart to look for a pair of percription glasses. The lady workthere, Rachel, she was super, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made me fell welcome and enjoy shopping over there. Thank you very much. I love Walmart.

Horrible customer service horrible phone manners was put on hold four times and still brought back to the same person even though there voice prompts tell you what to press to each department but nobody answer the phone in a department and knows how to answer the question for that department so why is a person answering the phone in that department when they finally do pick up

Bought a gift card for a little girl and asked for it to be 25 dollars. When I looked at the receipt it said I paid 45 . First of all who would ask for 45 it is random and secondly why would they not ask for clarification instead of hitting random numbers. I then spent another 10 mins standing behind someone who doesn't know how to wear a mask. Finally tried to leave but they wouldn't let me cut through the front to get to the exit for safety reasons....how is it unsafe?? Their mistake and I pay and pay...I may not look disabled but that doesn't mean I'm not in pain from a horrible auto immune disease...I finally just went out the entrance. None of this was necessary if the clerk was paying attention. He had one job and he failed. More training and some compassion is needed here.

Had paint mixed today and the associate did not replace the lid on the paint can properly. Got home and one of the cans had tipped a little in my trunk causing the paint to be everywhere. Did not think to take photo because I was too concerned with clearing up as much as the paint as I could. The trouble with paint is the more you try to remove it the more it spreads, ending up on everything that was in the trunk, all over my garage floor, the car door and me. I called the store and asked for a manager, not really sure who I was speaking to though. Now the first thing you would expect someone to say is how sorry they were, but all I got was silence, which leads me to believe she was not a manager, as I would expect one to be trained a lot better in how to deal with such a situation. I would add that I was not yelling I just explained what had happened and as she was not responding I did add that I wanted to know what she was going to do about it. At this she asked me to hold on and put me on hold for several minutes. She came back to say that if I produced the bills for cleaning the car they would take care of them. As I had just spent the last hour doing that myself I won't have any bills. There was no mention of replacing the ruined chair that was in the trunk, so tomorrow I will be taking it up to the store to prove to them that I am now lying! Absolutely disgusted with such poor customer service!

Went to pick up some pictures the other day and accidentally went back to the online product order section. There was nobody at the desk so I touched the keypad like it said. A gentleman came running back and apologized for not being there waiting for me, I assured him it was ok and told him he didn't need to run. I asked for my order and gave him my order number and he said he was having trouble finding it and then he asked what it was that I ordered. When I told him it was pictures he said "sorry for the confusion but that is in a different section" I would have thought that was the end of it once he told me where to go but instead he said that my order would be in the photo section and then he proceeded to take me right to the photo counter. Service like this is a rarity in the world today and based on that interaction I will absolutely be ordering from walmart.com as often as possible if that is the service I can expect.

This entire shopping complex can take a little psyching up to tackle! The entrance to the complex can be a complete cluster at the best of times. Once you get to the Walmart area it opens up and is much better. This store is a lot older and smaller than most. It has a much smaller food selection and no produce. All the other departments are well stocked, and I can usually find what I need. I use the pharmacy there, and they do a good job. Garden section has a good amount of plants for sale throughout the growing seasons, along with fertilizers, equipment etc. Tip- when the garden section is open, take advantage of that kiosk to get checked out instead of waiting in the store lines!

Our cashier Linda was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and radiated such a happy up beat energy that was contagious. Super helpful to the customers before us, and the one after us offering to come around and scan a larger item so the woman didn't need to pick it up out of her carriage. She made my experience at Walmart enjoyable today, and ultimately improved my mood. The world needs more wonderful people like Linda.

Had to deal with a very rude employee today!!! I was waiting for my son outside the fitting room door (I have to check everything he tries on to make sure it fits) She rudely says no one should be standing in here!!!! I said sorry I have to check my sons clothes..Well you can stand out there this is a walkway also!! She just kept going so I finally loudly said I already said sorry about it....All this could of been avoided if she politely asked if I could please wait outside the fitting room area.

Shop online, pick up in store, your card won't be charged until you pick up. Lies, all lies. I placed an order on Walmart.com for 2 air mattresses that the website said were in stock at a store near me. So I placed the order for pick up, same day. I get an email confirming my order and it says they'll send me another when I can come pick up. This was all at 11am on a Thursday morning. By 4:30pm when I left work, I still had NOT received the email saying I could pick up, but as it was on the way home I stopped in. I went straight to the pick up area in the back and pressed the button for assistance and waited. And waited some more. And I heard voices laughing and joking around, and still I waited. Then someone appeared, walked out from the back, right past me with a look on his face like he either just woke up or just finished a joint. Either way he ignored me and no one else appeared. So I left, I found my air mattresses and some other things I needed in the store, mind you, I saw at least 4-6 employees on the floor and not a single one offered to help me find what I was looking for. I left the store with what I had ordered, purchased all on my own and went home. Only to get a text at 7:48pm telling me my order was ready. Seriously?! So I cancelled the order immediately. But wait, it gets better, they already charged my credit card for the items THEY have, not me, THEY have them in the store, they are NOT being shipped and my card should NOT have been charged until I showed up to buy them. Not that anyone was at pick up to buy them from. It's very sad that the employees don't seem to care about what the customer needs. I presume that that is part of the job, customer care? I speak English, I'm nicely dressed, very approachable and might as well have been invisible. But that's what you get at Walmart.

This is the second time I have called customer service in regards to SHARRON the Walmart worker at the self check out location. I do not appreciate her being discriminatory towards be I think it is due to my age because I am young but she will literally stand directly right behind me watching me. I have never been accused of stealing or in trouble with the law in my life. I own a business, a home, vehicles, I am a very successful person and do not understand why I have to feel like I am a thief when I choose self check out. SHARRON you will be reported every single time I am there and you are interfering with my well being

Astoundingly bad customer service at this location. This store somehow takes Walmart to a new level of poor service. Just when you think things can't get any worse, this store manages to escalate awful customer service. Long lines, poor attitude and a very inattentive and uncaring management team? Yep. It's all at the Bellingham Walmart. I think that I'd rather be murdered than ever set foot in this store again. Utterly horrendous store.

This review is based purely on ordering online and picking up in this store. I decided to try Walmart instead of my usual Amazon order to see if it was convenient. Unfortunately Walmart is still completely out of date and still think its best to hide the pickup at the back of the store in hopes of making you spend more. Amazon is still more convenient due to this attitude. That means a 3 star review but the 1 star is because of how this store is disrespectful to their employees. Some manager thinks its a good idea to put a stopwatch on the pickup table with instructions for customers to hit start and then stop when they get served. Then it says to tell the employee how long they took. Laughibly rude! I refused to treat a human being that way.

This Walmart is very good never any long lines. They have a friendly staff that usually knows what they are talking about and where certain things are. The shelves are always stocked and the store is neat and clean. They only loose one star because they should expand into a super Walmart.

I have always really like this Walmart, and while I still cannot give it five stars, they just renovated it and are always continuing to improve the Bellingham store. It's always nice to see renovations. My local Walmart Supercenter in Walpole used to be the store I'd shop at EVERY week. Within the last year or so, I've been only going once a month or less, due to the inconvenience of how busy it is, how terrible the checkout area is, and how understocked it can be. I used to do literally ALL of my shopping there, but more frequently go to this store, the Avon Walmart (I live halfway in-between that store and this one), or even Target. If you've recently driven by, this place actually looks like Walmart now. Whenever you drive by ANY Target, you'll know it from a distance with the prominent, bright red color and bullseye. You should be able to identify any Walmart as Walmart, but previously, this store's exterior was brown and gray and had no addition of the classic blue that is Walmart's true color. Definitely much more Walmart-y now that they completed repainted the building. Within the last few months, they have also done tons of work on the store. Before less than a few months ago, this was the only Walmart I knew living in the 90's with the old fashioned TV's throughout the store, old price scanners, no Self Checkout, and the old department signs that always had visible dust on them. They added Self Checkout, remodeled the food section completely and added as much as they could with the small portion of space they had, completely redid the previously sad, pick up area in the back of the store. They also added Pick-Up parking spaces, new cart corrals, and have much improved opening registers. They never had a huge issue like the Walpole store, but you'll rarely have to wait in line at all now! Shelves here are frequently re-stocked and they always have a great selection since it's one of the lower-volume Walmart stores. The clearance aisle is a gem and the staff are always super friendly and kind (especially Robin). I have always enjoyed this Walmart and know like it even more thanks to the reno! 4 stars for the Bellingham Walmart.
