Switching back to AT&T because Verizon cell service is atrocious in this area. I never ever had connectivity issues with AT&T and only left them due to $$$. Verizon even sent me a signal booster and it barely works correctly either. Oh well.

Zero stars, spent an hour in the store,paid for a phone and supposed transfer from my old phone which they couldn't do but charged me anyway , a restocking fee for a phone I never held and a transfer to a phone I never purchased nor could they complete. Honestly the worst service I've ever received from a business. Verizon at least refunded me for the transfer that didnt happen but took a separate phone call after over an hour spent on the store .

Please do not mail your traded in phones. I was offered 700 dollars for my phone in excellent condition and I was using it to the day I mailed. It was packed in bubble envelope and put inside a cardboard box with packing materials. I was expecting a good credit and got an email telling that they adjusted the value to $74 dollars. I only got a new phone because this much money. Please do not get trapped in this great offer. This is big scheme for you to sign up for 2 year contact and later say the phone did not meet their criteria. If you have to do it absolutely, try to return to store and get receipt that phone is good This is big time cheating. Do not fall into trap with organized cheating. Shoo around and choose the right deal

Service was lackluster. Made an appointment. Once I got thete no one had any notice of my comming in. All associated gathered at one table. Worked with sales associate Chris. Did not answer our questions well. Did not set up my account correctly at all. Put protection on each account even thou I asked for it to be taken off multiple times. Waited untill after getting my card swiped to tell me about all the additional fees and how the first bill will be inflated and the "discounts" will apply in a few bills. Signed me up for "autopay" but never did that because now I have a massive bill that hasn't been coming off my cad as I was promised with no access to my account Was also told someone would reach out to me to connect my phone account to my wireless fo an additional discounts. Also told me about $250 that I would recieve for each line as a rebate for switching. But when you apply for that it takes longer then the time you can return the phones for the rebate to get rejected so you're stuck with phones at full price no rebates and none of the discounts you were promised before you checked out. Quite a horrible experience to get stuck with mediocre service.

I got put on the waiting list at this store with 4 people ahead of me. Waited 35 minutes before I had to leave. Decided to call Verizon customer support Because I'm just doing A-line billing transfer. Each time I had to be put on hold for over 8 minutes. 3 times I was disconnected and the last time after I was put on hold by alive attendant I waited 45 minutes and she never returned. This is the worst business transaction I have ever had to deal with Verizon should be ashamed of their customer support

I'm not coming in for a pedicure and pampering. Don't make me "sign in" and wait to beg someone to sell me new phone because mine is broken. That's ridiculous.

All this store can do is sell you a phone. They can't get you correct information or help with anything else. I have had numerous issues with this store and the people there. I will never go here again for anything.

I was having the worst time ever with a few of my cell phones and my account. No matter what I did with them, I was getting nowhere I had even been to a Verizon store. Then I went to the Verizon corporate store in Bellingham, Massachusetts's. At the store I met with the most wonderful employee ever named Andrei! ANDREI was not only quickly able to get my cellular telephones situated physically he additionally organized things in my account with Verizon and now my life is much easier. A consummate professional, wonderful employee and compliment to Verizon.

Deceptive business practices. Sneaky salespeople. Rude management. Charged $519.25 for an IPhone accessory package that we were told comes with the IPhone 8. Charges were not outlined verbally just added to my bill. I have made 5 phone calls in attempts to resolve this. No luck

This is my second time at this Verizon ( Real Verizon ) store and the same guy Andrei Cabrera did an outstanding job. We went in to buy accessories the 1 st and the 2nd yo get rid of our iPad and this guy totally listened and explained everything. Then when the " bundle " came into the discussion Andre allowed us to get what we wanted and we are so satisfied. I hate Verizon but they are the best. The store is super clean and has places to actually sit ! And the location is great. I hate Verizon but dealing with a friendly knowledgeable service rep makes it less painful. Also Verizon paid me more money for my old iPad and when I renewed I saved 150.00 off the price. I still hate Verizon but this makes it a little less horrible too.

If you need to fix a broken phone screen or turn on a phone, this store's got you covered. But for anything more complex....well maybe not. Came in to turn on a phone, then asked for assistance with enabling Wi-Fi calling. The guy had no clue how to do it, and after Google couldn't guide him, he gave up. He said sorry I'm incompetent at this. Try calling. Currently a half hour into what will probably turn into a 2 hour hold with verizon after wasting time in the store. Thanks a heap guys!

I would not recommend this Verizon Store. Tim, one of the salespeople talked me into getting the HUM and a charger stand for my droid when I was getting an upgrade to my phone. He failed to tell me that the stand cost $50 and that there were all these additional charges with the HUM. I cancelled the Hum before it was delivered but it has taken me 6 months to get these monthly charges off my bill. Yikes!!! The Apple Store in Chestnut Hill is great!! Professional salespeople who make sure that the customers understand the charges before they leave the store....

Went to this store with my boyfriend to get a new IPhone 6 (upgrading from a flip phone). Salesman asked what we were looking for, pointed them out, then walked away and talked to another salesman. Of course we had questions but he wasn't coming back, so I had to go get him. He didn't seem very interested in explaining anything. We did buy the phone and he just rattled off that we would have to sign up on gmail but offered no help on how to do that. You would think when you pay $650 for a phone that they would have people sit down with you to get it set up! Very poor customer service!
