I had my first try on experience with Ally. She was wonderful. Picked the most amazing dresses and I really felt like she was listening to what I truly wanted. She was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ve Lace for anyone looking for their dream dress.

I recently bought a mother of the bride dress here. I went here because they had a selection of dresses I found on the internet to try on. They also got me a dress they didn't have in shop so I could see it. Shadia was amazing! She gave advice on how they looked as well as what might go well with the venue as I was undecided. I really can't say enough about her help & expertise as well as the shop. Thank you so much! It was much appreciated!

Ve'Lace was great to work with! I scheduled the "Premier Bridal" experience which I 100% recommend. I had the best experience with my closest friends and family while having the opportunity to trial many dresses. Shadia followed what I was looking for and what I was comfortable in. A good number of my bridesmaids got their dresses here and one even found one on sale to take home from the rack. We had a dilemma with the flower girl dress but she worked with me and we solved the issue. I felt so beautiful on my day and I had so many compliments during the wedding! I would recommend shopping at Ve'Lace Bridal!

I had such a great experience at Ve’lace. This was my second time dress shopping, I had regret about the dress that I already bought at another store that I felt rushed into, so I decided to give it another try. Liz was amazing, very knowledgeable about dresses and kept my budget and style that I wanted in mind, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! She was also extremely patient, helping me in and out of many dresses so that I didn’t have the same regret as the first dress I got.
My dream dress that I said yes to was the first one that she picked out after looking at my inspiration pictures.
The owner Shadia was also great, she offered to help me sell my first dress as well.
I would recommend Ve’lace to anyone looking for their dream dress!

Kerri was the best!! I had so much fun trying on dresses and she was so patient and positive! I ended out picking out a dress I would have never thought I’d wear and it was perfect!!

I wouldn't think twice going to Ve'Lace Bridal for your wedding gown. I never write reviews but I have to share what an amazing experience I had here. When I say they went above and beyond for me, I truly mean it and will be forever grateful. Kelly was amazing she was extremely helpful and so patient with me to help me find my gorgeous dress!!! The owner Shadia she was the nicest person and there for the whole experience, she even wasso sweet to my neice!! I really cannot say enough good things about Ve'Lace. Thank you Shadia for everything and for running such an amazing beautiful business and delivering the best customer service of any place I've ever been to and for most importantly making my wedding dreams come true. Shadie and her team will make you feel important and treat you like family!! Thank you again Shadie and Kelly!!!

I encouraged my niece to make an appointment at VeLace and I knew even before we shopped here that she would be successful ! Shadia has a stunning salon with an immense selection, and a gown for everyone ! Our consultant was Kelly, she is lovely and made the entire appointment such fun and so relaxed. Within an hour my niece became a VeLace bride and we are all so excited for her having chosen a stunning gown for her destination wedding. A big thank you to Shadia sand Kelly for a wonderful experience, I’d encourage every bride to shop here yiu won’t be disappointed!

People rave about this place and I am not sure why. If you're dress shopping, I'd skip this store. I went for a bridal appointment and when you try and explain what you're looking for, they just talk over you and don't take the time to listen. I was also told "so you don't feel remotely good in any of these dresses??" which made me feel terrible. They made me feel I was being too picky and my mom even said she saw them roll their eyes a few times. I went to at least 6 bridal stores and this one was my least favorite. I'd definitely pass on this place.

For my VIP experience, I had Shannon!Shannon was SO PATIENT and sweet while I tried on dress after dress, narrowing down my options.I met owner Shadia before at Ve’Lace’s ten year celebration, and it was a pleasure to see her again. You can tell by her bubbly personality that bridal is her passion. I said yes to the dress! My bridesmaids and family will be back to Ve’Lace to look for their’s as well. Thank you to the team at Ve’Lace!

I don't know what to say about this boutique. We had a 1 1/2 appointment and was ushered out after 45 minutes. The consultant never fluffed any dress trains and just didn't seem to listen to what my daughter was looking for. It just seemed she was not interested in providing a variety of dresses even when we extended out budget by $1,000. The salon was beautiful but I just sensed she was disappointed we didn't like any of her selections and did not want to expand the dress selection. Perhaps because we had already visited two other salons that day. We flew from California for this very special day and that appointment left us speechless and with a bad taste in our mouths. Shame on them!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I got my bridesmaids dress from here and they ordered the wrong size (too small). The wedding is too close for anything to happen and i figured out how to make it work but such a waste of $250. And before you say I gained weight, I got married 3 weeks ago and my wedding dress, which came with the warning ‘fit tight’ fit like a glove (I went to a different bridal boutique). I ordered my wedding dress BEFORE I ordered this dress and began the alterations before this dress! They also messed up another bridesmaids dress from the same wedding party. I will be telling everyone to stay away.

I have always wanted to get my dress at Ve'Lace but unfortunately my experience was not great, to say the least. My consultant was nice and found exactly what I wanted. When she measured me, I expressed I wanted her to order a smaller size because I was going to lose a lot of weight and she dismissed me...not only that but she measured me incorrectly and ordered multiple sizes too big (16). When I went to try on my dress 4 months later, it was falling off of me and the owner remeasured me for a 6. The owner said she would call the designer to see if they could make me a new dress and would call me the next day. I didn't hear from her for a week and half to which I called the salon twice, left voicemails with no return call. We played phone tag and by the time I got ahold of her, she told me it would be a $200 fee to switch my dress out, blamed me for my dress being too big "because I am the bride and I had the final say on what size my consultant was to order originally" and said because it took me so long to call her, she didn't think I could get a new dress at this point. I was very upset by all the blame being put on me when I had done my best to avoid a situation like this in the first place, never once did I get an apology or any type of acknowledgement of responsibility on their part. I asked her to call the designer anyway but never heard back from her. I called the salon 3 times to get an update and schedule an alterations appointment and never heard back. I showed up to pick up my dress and when the owner saw me, jetted upstairs without a word. My dress is still a 16 and now I have to find someone to alter it because I was not interested in dealing with the salon any longer. I was very upset by the mistreatment and it took the love for my dress away. No bride, or person, should ever be treated that way or feel that way about such a crucial part of their wedding. I am very disappointed and only interested in bringing this to light so another bride doesn't feel the same way I do.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lauren! We was amazing from start to finish. She asked me what I was looking for and what my inspirations were. We both went on a hunt for some dresses and she had my style down to a T. It was effortless!! I was so comfortable with her! I HIGHLY recommend this boutique for any bride looking for their dress. Everyone at Ve’Lace Bridal really cares about their clients. Shadia is so patient, knowledgeable and just outstanding to work with. My alterations were minimal and they helped me save hundreds by having the dress shortened by the designer prior to arriving at Ve’Lace. I loved the way my dress looked and especially how I felt wearing it!
