I have been to this post office a few times and they seem fine; no trouble as yet but I don't want any trouble either. I take pics of things that are interesting and their circular interior writing on the wall is fascinating; making them a special place. Take care and stay well and peaceful.
I don't have skills nor do I apply myself; taking a pic is as easy as walking and I don't do much of this either. I am lazy in these parts. Bye :-(

Very rude customer service person working the front stated I lacked common sense in front of other customers, and proceeded to continue to be rude after I informed him he was being rude. Very inappropriate especially with other customers around.

Out of 7 packages shipped from here, 1 hasn't even left the post office since 28 sep 23. Also, even with contacting the missing package divsion, nothing has been done to find a priority mail package that's been missing for almost a month the others were all damaged. I'd recommend going to another post office.

Tried to transfer here and the postmaster turned me down even though I travel currently 90 miles away to work and I live 15 minutes from this post office.

Several very rude, uncooperative workers they Make a lot of mistakes and when you try to get it corrected or need further info they'll cop a major attitude get very defensive refuse to help using the excuse just too busy. Or there's nothing they can do. If I'm dropping off packages they weigh them and scan them pivot and throw them 10 ft into a bin in the back heaven forbid they get out of their chair walk the 10 ft and place them in the bin and people wonder why their items get damaged. I asked for a receipt for some packages I was dropping off and was told she couldn't do it because she didn't have time told me to leave Don't worry they'll get there she said.. lousy customer service there is one woman that works there I don't know her name she's great but the other woman Corrine is miserable, toxic nasty.

Had to ship out a package today and I had the pleasure of dealing with Tonya. While she had a plaque at her station that said "Clerk in training. Please be patient." I found her to be incredibly helpful, thorough, and quick. I would have never known she was new to the team! This was easily my most pleasant experience at the Bellingham Post Office thanks to her!

I had a small box I needed to return and needed a piece of tape of about 6 inches long, the clerk refused to give me a little piece of tape, she said "we don't supply tape" so u had to buy their tape to be able to ship the box back. Luckily the person behind me said they had tape in their car and offered me some of his tape so that I could send the box back. It's ridiculous that USPS can't even offer 6 inches of tape...!

Absolutely, the most horrendously terrible Post Office that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And that's really saying something, because I've lived in multiple different towns and cities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. The town is currently planning to widen the main road in front of my house, and improve the terrible existing sidewalks, for about 3 miles in one direction and 5-6 miles in the other. We're taking about hundreds of property owners that will be effected by heavy equipment being parked on their property, materials being stored, etc., not to mention the insane traffic, the noise, the fishing lights of police cars, etc.So, the DPW's lawyers sent all the property owners letters, via Certified Mail (Return Receipt Requested) to discuss the fee that they will pay us for a temporary easement to use portions of our property that are close to the roadway. That means that the law office (and, ultimately the town's taxpayers) paid a minimum of $6.65 each to send out HUNDREDS of letters. However, our letter carried never even attempted to deliver the letter. Instead, she just put a slip in our mailbox saying "Sorry we Missed You" (you have to have tried to deliver it in order to "miss us", and you didn't because we are both working from home!).At the suggestion of the "Manager", I checked the "Make a 2nd Delivery Attempt" option and put the slip back in the mailbox, with the flag up. But she didn't try again. Then, when I went to pick up the letter, it had been returned to the sender as "undeliverable". Seriously? Then I called the Postmaater for Bellingham. I was told that they didn't "have the time" or "the inclination" to deliver Certified and Registered letters. WHAT??? That's your job!!!One of the many places in which I have lived was Hinsdale, NH. While there, my Post Office was literally the oldllest continously operated Post Office in the United States. They didn't even have room for the machine that cancels postage, so all of their postage was "hand canceled" with a stamper. No other Post Office does this, unless you ask them to - like if you're sending out wedding invitations or something, because it looks nicer. And even THEY delivered Certified Mail! After some checking, I learned that the letters were actually mailed FROM the Bellingham Post Office. This means that they took the money to send them via Certified Mail (at around $7/each), all the while knowing full well that they had no intention of delivering them! But they were perfectly happy to take the money! That's called FRAUD. And not just regular Fraud, but intentional, premeditated Fraud. It's also LARCENY (and possibly Grand Larceny, depending on the number of letters and weight of the letters). It's also Conspiracy, since everyone in the Bellingham Post Office, from the letter carriers to the office staff and even the Postmaster, is in on it.It's also malfeasance and dereliction on behalf of the Postmaster herself!Accepting those letters, and the money for them, might even be enough to qualify as the "Overt Criminal Act" necessary to satisfy the predicates for a charge under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (aka "RICO"). No different than the Mafia- because it's organized crime!Like I said, the absolute worst, laziest, most apathetic, most slothful Post Office in all of America. But, hey, at least they're first at something - even if it is being the worst! It does clear up one mystery though... At my Mother-in-Law's last Holiday Party (which doubles as their annual family reunion), about half of the people there told us that their Christmas Cards to us had been returned to ethem as "undeliverable". Obviously, the Bellingham Post Office just decides what mail to deliver and what mail to send back, rat
