That was frankly, THE most AMAZING trampoline park I’ve ever been to. This place takes the cake over skyzone. I recommended everyone in my family to come try out this place. From the zip line, to the trampolines, to dodge ball, ALL OF IT! And I just got to say, those workers are amazing. Super friendly and nice and the place is spotless. I loved seeing the kids have fun and even the elderly, just like me myself. Yes, I am 73 years old, but these hips can still wiggle like 1970s New Orleans(Male). I felt like I was back in my golden days, swinging from trampoline to trampoline, and demolishing kids in dodgeball. Dangling from that haunting zip line, safe to say I almost fell off, but that’s what’s part of the fun! I went with my friends Clara, Dean, Phil, Frank, T-Bone, and Agatha. It’s possible a few of our bones got twisted, popped and maybe even unhinged, but all of us old-heads felt like prime Wilt Chamberlain! Safe to say, me and the gang are showing up next weekend!

As a trampoline park connoisseur myself, I was very excited to make my way through this exciting adventure park. Being from the Trampoline Park capital of the world, Louisiana, I was very nervous to migrate to Massachusetts on my trampoline world tour. When I first walked in, I was greeted by smiles and waves, they knew I was here for serious business. The sight of the park made me tingle, the bounciness of the trampolines made my heart beat faster, the way this park made me feel was unimaginable. I paid for my ticket and got my wristband (which was very comfortable, I still havent taken it off yet!), I proceeded to make my way to my first challenge: The Warrior Course, I was nervous, but I knew I had to follow through with this obstacle. I was greeted by a very kind worker named Tim, he could tell that I was a nervous nelly before I even began to swing around. He looked at me and reassured me that everything was going to be okay and that I was perfectly safe, I hesitated first, but I then began to start swinging, I made it halfway through the course, but I ended up taking a dip in the ball pit :(, I failed my challenge, but Tim was there and pulled me right out of the ballpit and told me I was going to get it next time. HE WAS RIGHT! I completed the warrior course with ease on my 2nd try, Tim ran over to me at the end and gave me a high five. I felt so happy. I then went and bounced for a while, which was easy, I showed off my miraculous flipping skills while the other people on the trampolines were shamed in the wrath of my jumping ability. For the final challenge, I made my way up to the scariest part of my adventure: THE ZIPLINE. My god was I shaking in my boots, I was at the start of the zipline, where I was greeted by the best god damn zipline worker ever: Jack. He was there smiling and ready to help me, it took me a while to make my way to the end of the zipline, but I knew I had to do this. Jack told me that I could do this and he was going to make sure I didn't fall and fail my challenge. WHAT. A. GUY. He then gave me a high five as I made my descent to the end of the zipline. I was filled with so much joy at the end, because of the park and the two amazing workers that helped me along my way. I didnt wanna leave! And I haven't, the workers have tried looking for me, but they'll never find me hiding in this ball pit ;). Overall an amazing experience, highly recommend.

The place is so much fun however most employees looks unhappy. I understand that most probably they are tired, young and maybe underpaid but my young son can see and keeps telling me how unhappy & snubbish the staff are. It was his birthday and to hear that, makes the experience not worth it. Working in a place with kids, especially for the young ones, staff must try to be enthusiastic, encouraging and friendly. Maybe lesser hours for staff so they don't feel and look exhausted & forced to be there and assist kids. ??♀️

Love Urban Air! This was our first time visiting this location as we live in Indiana close to a park in Noblesville. That location was the franchise of the year 2 years in a row so I wasn’t sure if another park would be as good since we have been spoiled with the best. I have to say that the Bellingham location far exceeded my expectations, especially in the cafe. Best ICEE I’ve ever tasted! The staff were friendly and the attractions were plenty of entertainment for our kids. While we are partial to our home location in Noblesville, Bellingham was a close 2nd and we will definitely be back when we are in town!

We were used to the Urban Air in our old hometown of Melbourne, FL, and the trampoline parks near us in Boston have so far been... okay. Urban Air, however, is so much more than just a trampoline park- regardless of location! My youngest, who is 4, had a great time. So did my older kids who are 8 and 9 (and were there to celebrate their birthdays), and Dad and I had a wonderful visit as well. We opted to buy a membership, as it is ultimately cheaper than tickets since we will be aiming to go at least once a month. The "ultimate" membership includes a free bag of chips at each visit, but our former location had the chips AND a slice of pizza for members, so I'm kind of salty about that not being a thing up here. Our "soft" pretzels had become quite hard before they were handed to us, but the teens running the food area were doing their absolute best with the sheer volume of people they were dealing with. My oldest has autism and is a sensory seeker, and she ziplined and skywalked so much that the staff had to put a 15-minute wait time on her when things got busy because she kept running back to do those things again and again. My middle kiddo loved the rock climbing options. My only real complaint is that no matter how much money you put on the cards for video games, the credits don't stretch very far at all! This was very frustrating after having paid additional fees for socks that were apparently included in our membership, and being told free pizza for an ultimate membership is not available at this location like our old one (we also did not receive a 10% food discount for membership as advertised). Our old location also offered extra credits on play cards for members, which this one does not. Also, the contract is kind of sketchy for a membership, not allowing the customer to opt out until 12mos have passed, and allowing THEM to increase membership prices without notice at any point- FYI.

One of the best places to bring your kids!!!It’s MORE than a trampoline park - it’s fun for my 3 year old, my 6 year old AND my 42 year old self!!!I greatly appreciate the NO time limit…& the monthly pass is the way to go, BEST “trampoline park” choice around!!!

The park was nice and the kids ultimately had a lot of fun, however there was a homophobic employee making comments towards the kids. I complained, he was apparently talked to but was allowed to return to work. That's not a safe environment for children. None of the surrounding kids were wearing any pride gear or discussing anything like that. There was just a few kids, mine included, who had colorful things on or rainbows. These were young children, he was swearing and hurling out homophobic insults. This place should be ashamed the employed him in the first place, but they should especially be ashamed they allowed him to return.

I recently hosted a birthday party at Urban Air. The kids had a blast, but my experience was mixed. Half of the food was missing at lunchtime, and the server used gloves to serve the pizza. The remaining food was placed in a large kitchen tray, and my guests served themselves. This lack of attention made it feel more like hiring a caretaker than receiving attentive service. I hope these issues get resolved for better experiences ahead.

It’s genuinely just a three star, and here are my reasons. One, the food is expensive but yet is a 5/10 and that’s me being generous. Two, you have to pay for everything there and the website is more expensive than in person. Finally, when you are trying to do tricks on the trampoline they will ask you not too. I was there with my boyfriend and two of his friends I personally don’t like trampolines, but the workers went up to my boyfriend and told him to stop doing the tricks he was doing. Genuinely think FunZ or whatever that trampoline park is better than this one.

All in all it can be a very fun place but the night we went it was a complete let down. It took a very long time to get in and signed up which provided little to no help at the start. Which followed up with desk personnel not able to listen to what we purchased in the beginning and having to come back later for socks and confirmation on what we were able to do. Then we were some how constantly breaking the rules helping my young child and my young nephews on the trampolines. Then hearing the younger attendant talk to another co worker about an issue being blatantly blamed at us yet non of the kids ( between the ages of 6-15 not even get a glance almost trampling my kid and nephews). To end it off the cafe attendant was clearly inebriated and couldn’t understand asking for 3 things loud and clear orders on what my daughter and my nephew wanted. All in all it has very much potential to be a fantastic place for family time or a birthday but what I saw today was very unorganized, unpleasant, complete and utter disrespectful treatment to people over the age or 16.

Fantastic! We are members so we come often, but booked a birthday for the first time and what a blast! We were very well taken care of by our host Mallory. Literally all we needed to bring was cake! Food was delicious and the process was oh so easy! Our host brought our guests to the room as they were arriving and was super attentive, had everything on schedule and organized. Our guests commented on the cleanliness of the park, variety of activities and fun the kids were having! Our B-day girl said it was the "best birthday ever". Thank you Urban Air Bellingham for the amazing experience!

Had a birthday party, all was great minus the staff. For context, we had reserved a room for two hours. Party host barely checked in on us throughout party, only when it was time to bring the food. Once 2 hours were over we were notified and started cleaning. Adults were cleaning the room kids were playing outside the room. By no means are we casually hanging out in the room. All was semi fine until the party host Nate walks in AS WE ARE CLEANING saying, “he let us stay over 35 minutes and he wanted to go home”. Cool…. I work customer service and I’m very understanding but wth? It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Leading up to Nate’s comment, he was being passive aggressive, we heard him banging on things outside the room when we would make requests earlier throughout the party. Instead of removing the pitchers of drink, he’s pouring multiple juices and consolidating them in one pitcher and just left them for us to drink concoctions like fruit punch mixed with Coca Cola. It was weird and passive aggressive because why not just take them away? Why am I drinking juice concoction unbeknownst to me?Nate’s comment and actions upset one of my guests and we had to diffuse the situation, I calmly asked Nate to leave the room and to get his manager. We continue to clean and still no manager. Before we head out I had to hunt down the manager Jaymel. I apologized for my guests outburst and wanted to provide feedback. Jaymel clearly did not care about what I was suggesting so here is this review. Had he cared our at least pretended to (listen or acted like he was listening) I probably would not have left this review but here we are.In regards to feedback, there should be a protocol in place where parties are notified of the party end time 30 minutes prior so proper clean up can be built in. Are guests even expected to clean up? I wouldn’t know my party host Nate wasn’t the most interactive or informative. We did find him when it was time for us to play dodgeball, he gave me a heads up we only have dodgeball until 545, once 545 hit I cleared my kids out the dodge ball court. If you communicate with me, I’ll follow along and follow the rules no problem, just communicate. Also there should be more experienced managers on site so when client issues arise, they can be addressed properly. I used to be a customer service manager. The fact that I asked for a manager, saw Nate radio for a manager, and he never came is very upsetting. How do your staff and customers feel supported if managers aren’t responding to help requests? And once I personally sot out the manager (Jaymel), he couldn’t even give good service, he didn’t care. He was not engaged. The excuse for him not coming is that he went to the wrong room…. Okay? He went to room ten we were in nine… I don’t believe he went to the wrong room. I believe he did not want to handle the issue.Jaymel showed 0 care (let’s be real customer service sucks he could’ve faked it and that would’ve been fine) so here unfortunately is a scathing review. I look forward to connecting with management to provide constructive feedback. Hopeful this can be used as a coaching and development moment to improve and prevent issues that staff and guests may face. I left my contact info on the franchise page and hopefully I will hear back in a timely manner.

There isn’t enough bad things to say about this place. First of all everyone who works there either yells at you for doing nothing or says nothing when they should be saying something. Parents and kids are basically swimming inside the ball pit of the ninja course and don’t move when you try to go. There are no lines everyone just goes in front of you and then when you do the same someone has something to say. We waited 30 minutes for the worst hot dog I’ve ever had in a stale bun. Also this place is now a “no flips” trampoline park because there were too many injuries. Isn’t that why you sign a waiver? Who wants to just jump up and down? Unluckily I have $200 in gift cards here or else I would never be going again. Maybe try coming on a school day?
