Outdated plaza and tons of organized beggars. If it wasn't the closest I wouldn't go but Target is a definite hard NO for me.

Terrible layout for entering, exiting, and parking near Market Basket.

Great plaza location with great shops! Only downside is that if you are going to a store other than Market Basket, parking spaces are tough to find because they are taken up by grocery customers.
