Chelsea helped me this morning with propane fill up. I’m that annoying customer that showed up when there doors opened. Chelsea was so great and professional. She is a true asset to Ace Hardware!

Cam was great! Professional and personable. Cam was able to cut my car key and was quick. Along with that he came to see if it was functioning which was appreciative. Once he saw the key was not recognized to my 2016 car he offered to try and pair the new key with the car. He was able to grab ODM machine which was supposed to pair the key together and usually does (my situation it wasn't able to bc it required the spare key which wasn't provided during the purchase of my vehicle) but he offered alternate solutions and different things to look in to and if needed going to the dealer directly.I am extremely appreciate for the extra effort put in and trying to help me as a customer. Even though it didn't fully work out I am extremely appreciative for the effort put in and cutting my keyWhen I got home and rewatched a video, I was able to pair the newly cut key with my car :) Took a couple turns in the ignition but I was able to get everything sorted at the end of it. Thank you Cam for helping me out so much!Valuable asset to the team and Ace Hardware for sure!

Two different experiences! One I had an employee ESCORT me to exactly where item I was looking for was second experience CASHIER told me item was somewhere on left hand side of store? This was a two trip experience looking for SAME ITEM

Went to this store the other day to make a copy of a key about 15 minutes before they closed, no even 2 steps inside the store I am being yelled at "we're about to close " very rudely by one of the employees, I looked at my watch and said the internet says you close in 15, he asked what I needed and I told him that I needed to make a key copy and he replies the key machine is broken. It felt like BS to me but I was like ok thank you, and said to myself you just lost a customer Im never doing business with this company again.
