Prime Storage in Bellingham, MA was great! We had a unit that we could access by driving right up to it. The pricing met our expectations, and everything was safe and secure. By far, we really appreciated the exceptional customer service that Brian gave us for our entire year there.

Brian was a huge help setting up my new Locker I was in a smaller locker and ended up having to get a bigger one he was awesome and answered any questions I had along with helping transferring all my info over from my old one to my new one. I definitely recommend speaking with him for any of your account needs. thanks again Brian!! This place is secure and verry clean fair priced. 10 out of 10 would recomend.

Got called out for an electrical repair by one of there property managers and have yet to been paid. If they aren't paying there contractors I wouldn't trust the business it's very shady.

The storage facilities are terrific. We feel very safe storing are articles there.The staff is wonderful to work with. They check on the facilities often. We intervertitly did not secure our cubical and drove away. We got a call within an hour to come back to fix the problem.We never would have known that was a problem if the hadn't checked. Thanks Chris.
