Warm and Loving. These people genuinely love what they do and take pride. My dog: Chippewa is an English Cocker Spaniel, generally a groomer’s longest most exhausting client. They treat Chippewa like a celebrity and he loves going to see them.

Horrible experience, bad customer service and unfriendly also. The grooming was poorly performed with areas which were clearly scalped to the skin, and SEVERAL other areas unevenly groomed. We doubt if our dog ever received his bath because he was smelly upon pickup. Very unprofessional grooming. I will NOT be going back with any of my dogs. (Not worth it!)

I have been taking my dogs to Lisa for years. She is the best. Very compassionate and genuinely cares and loves the pets. I can't say enough. Best groomer all around!

I don't have much experience with pet shops. I took my Aussie dog here. Aussies are a little different in the cut design. I've done it myself and it seems to take weeks as I look at her and make improvements. OK review, first of all their communication with me 5 star. Handling of dog 5 star. The bath, nail clipping and trim was spot on perfect 5 star. I plan to take her back in 2 or 3 weeks for nails to be trimmed up again as she is one of those jump and kiss in the face dogs. I hope they keep the same quality and workmanship because I think I found the perfect spot for my Aussies spa day. Also can't leave this out.... they have all the toys and treats you dog & cat could ever want.

Our pom Tod has his grooming done here. Since his fur is not fast growing and very sleek,Tod goes twice a year. Lisa and Maria says he has the cutest face.

I took my dog Bentley here for 14 years he only saw the owner Lisa because he had been groomed by someone else there that cut him and his hair cut was awful Bentley and I loved Lisa but my Bentley passed away 2 weeks ago so I called to cancel his upcoming appointment I never even received a call back from Lisa and I was a friend to her I was very upset that my dog meant nothing to her let alone she knew how much Bentley meant to me obviously she doesn’t care about her dogs no card was sent nothing so careless I would not recommend them to anyone after this I sent her many customers thru my 14 years of bringing my dog there no more it’s about money money money

I first time I had my dog done here I had a younger girl and she was great. The second time I had an older woman who forgot to cut her nails and I had to bring my dog back. I got her groomed again today by the older woman. On initial pick up she look good but after getting her home noticed all the uneven spots all over her . I will not be back. I paid $65 and I could have done a better job.
