Excellent service from the moment you walk in the door. We had two beautiful necklaces made from a couple of pearls we've had for quite sometime. They came out beautiful and they had them done in time for our daughter's graduations. They also boxed and wrapped them for us which was a great touch!

Marshall’s Jewelers, and the entire staff there, is extremely welcoming and helpful. My now husband and I first visited there to look at engagement rings. We were invited to try on a variety of styles and to take our time. They have a wonderful selection and are very knowledgeable. They worked with him to custom order exactly what I loved and what he had picked out. It is the perfect ring! We went back for our wedding bands and they were just as, or more, accommodating custom ordering his wedding band and helping me choose the best wedding band that would complement my engagement ring. They invite us back for cleaning and care of our rings, and truly care about us and their business. They are trustworthy, professional, and do amazing work!

To say I am over the moon happy with the job Rich and his team at Marshall Jewelers did on these two rings is an understatement. The diamond ring is from the late 1880’s and set in platinum. It needed to be sized and cleaned. It came out stunning. The tanzanite ring needed to be sized and polished. Rich suggested a ring guard due to the stone placement and I could not be happier. Both pieces came out gorgeous. If you are in need of having jewelry repaired or resized or are looking to purchase something new I highly suggest Marshall’s.

This last winter my fiance and I worked with Richard to create a wedding band that used gemstones from both our family. He worked closely with us and carefullyn walked us through every step of the process. I was impressed with how well he managed to build a design that fit our pretty specific desires. Even though we were on a pretty limited budget Richard met with us multiple times, emailed updates, and gave us the attention I imagine the biggest spenders would get. He even had numerous suggestions as to how to keep our costs low and ideas for future anniversary custom jewelry (when we hopefully have a bigger budget). Ultimately, we were wowwed by the final product, I can't recommend Marshall's enough!

Richard has been our go to Jeweler for over a decade. So, when my husband and I decided to create a legacy piece of jewelry by combining both of our families heirlooms we naturally only trusted Richard to create something special. Richard met with us and presented us with several great ideas based on our objective. We reconvened for a second meeting to go over the final design once Richard could layout what we had to work with. The whole process was seamless and easy. Honestly, if we did not know Richard I would not have a beautiful ring to pass down because there is no one else I’d trust with my family heirlooms. The final product exceeded our expectations.
