I am from Michigan. My rear brakes went out on the drive to Mass. I was stuck, this was my only transportation.Scott got me in that day, diagnosed the problem and had me in and fixed the very next day. If I lived here this would be my go to shop.Highly recommended.A bit tricky to find the place but well worth it.

I am a disabled female I took my car here for the first time to get my power steering gearbox done I got seven alignments done in a single month to find out gearbox was defective I kept asking Scott to please check out the work he did and he kept telling me nothing is wrong without even checking!! I took it to another mechanic he told me my steering was low on fluids and gearbox is defective! How is my fluids low in a single month period with no leaks? Apparently he didn't add enough fluids!! Not the best shop to go to find another mechanic! I'm filing a complaint with BBB I want a dang refund!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Excellent auto repair shop! I've been doing business here for 10 plus years. They're very honest, reasonable and thorough. They give you solid appraisal's of work that needs to be done or options to consider. They have been the only shop that I use for our 4 vehicles. Ranging from new to 13 years old. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The best mechanic I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the area. Always fair on price, clear on diagnosis, rapid with updates and honest and upfront. I couldn't recommend them more, the best mechanic in town bar none.

Manchester Motors are awesome! I've had so much bad luck with repair shops in the area. Between being fleeced, overcharged and leaving with more issues with my car than when I came in, Manchester is a breath of fresh air. They have always been honest and reasonably priced for the work. If there was an issue they will call ahead of time and let you know what's going on, give you a breakdown of the price then move forward from there instead of just doing the work with no communication then you're stuck with a bill. An example of this is when I brought my car in to have the heated seat checked because it wasn't working right. They told me that because my car was so new that my warranty should cover it through the dealer and even called the local Ford dealership and gave me a time frame of when I could make an appointment with them! If there's a future issue they will be up front about it without insisting it be taken care of. The staff is fantastic, they're very friendly and knowledgeable with their work. I am very pleased with their service and have recommended them to all my family and friends. I'm so happy to have found this shop and will continue to give them my business.

Ive been using Manchester Motors for the last 12 years, moved out to the worcester area and still travel out to their shop for repairs. With their knowledge, experience, and straight forward advice my 1999 Camry with 265K miles is still on the road. Any other shop would have told me to junk it long ago
