Had my taxes done and arranged for all fees to come out of my return for expedited filing. 14 days later my tax info still wasn't in the Federal IRS System yet so I called my H&R Block office looking for answers, 2 days later they finally figured out what was going on and responded. They never filed cause we didn't pay for them that day,they did finally fix it (16 days later) ... so much for expedited service and it still cost over $200 even though they screwed it up.

Charged me 800$$ to do my taxes. Needless to say I’ll never go to h and r block ever again. Women told me after three hours of her struggling to get thru my 2022 it would cost 500 and I nearly ran out ( should have!) but I’d sat there for so long and just wanted it done. 300 to do my 2023. I feel disgusted by the whole process. I was never told in advance how much this would cost. Never again.

They did my husband's taxes very badly, they said he didn't have to pay anything to the government, a bill came from the IRS two weeks later, I returned to the place so they could help me clarify the situation and they told me that the laws changed that now the If I had to pay.
I called the IRS and they told me that whoever did the taxes put the dependent's social security number (her daughter) wrong, now go back so they can correct the number they put wrong, they want me to pay $100 for a mistake they made. Apart from the fact that they saw me very badly. I hope they can solve this problem for me because because of them my husband's IRS debt has been rising. I paid for a service, they didn't do anything for free.

I don't feel like the tax specialist even asked me questions. She was just answering questions on her own. She almost skipped adding one of my dependents. I realized once I got home there were tax documents she didn't even ask me for, I don't even know what will happen now.

When you tell them not to file because it doesn’t seem right and you want a second opinion, but they do anyways and still charge you the full $360. And when you contact corporate they promise you a “free amendment,” for literally screwing you over and doing what you asked them not to do. Such disgustingly awful customer service through and through.
