I’ve never seen a business go downhill so fast. Why buy a successful business and then change it completely for the worst? Ridiculous selection and terrible product availability. Jacked up prices, and the lottery wall is ruined. No pride in the winners board anymore just half hearted printer paper and no personality

Nice staff but the Del’s machine obviously hasn’t been cleaned and both of the drinks we got were fermented and even with just a few sips made us sick.

There is a girl there who is very rude, very uneducated, very rude. We are discarding the bottles in the recycling bin. if there was another place to throw the paper box, she screaming no, and she can't, since everyone throws everything there, I apologized and put all the boxes in my car, even so she kept screaming and then filmed everyone who was there, I was embarrassed, I was very ashamed and I didn't need her to do all that, she could have been more polite, when I entered the store the girl with a closed face, very rude this girl I will never go back there again

Fantastic store! 67 years and the same family runs it!!Always been in the top ten in the State of Massachusetts for the lottery.Paid out over 6 million last year alone to the customers. Great family. Great employees and the best customers!

Never go there there ignorant people I used to work there there always on there phone being rude to customers they have no filter at all they will take advantage you in every way not a friendly place to go at all who ever goes there I feel sorry for you...

I bought lottery tickets for my team at work and was charged $104. I figured it out in my head on the way home the tickets should only be $84. Figuring it was just an honest mistake, I called 30 minutes later when I got home and the cashier was arrogant, said he knew how to count and it was $104 and why did I wait 3.5 hours to call. He took my name and # and someone was supposed to call the next day about my overcharge after they cleared the register, no one ever called. If you shop here, bring a calculator and count your change before you leave.

Customer service in this place is awful !!! Employee’s sweeping the floor towards a customer !!! towards a customer feet while in line to be waited on !!! Not to mention one of the cashier's was racist. Stating that her co-worker has every right to sweep that why we have masks on !! No WE ALL wear masks because of the convo-19 !! The disrespect level was unbelievable !! Never again ..

Used the redemption facilities at this location. A little frustrating as some of the cans I tried to return, had the MA 5c stamp, but none of the machines would except them. Nonetheless, the staff do a good job keeping the area tidy, as it can be a bit of a disaster when it's in high use!

I don't understand the bad reviews of this place. I just moved in right down the street and have never experienced anything like Laura stated, and Bob from Pawtucket should have bought some tin foil for his hat while he was there lol.

Unfriendly staff and bums always hanging out at the entrance smoking and harassing customers for money...I will not be coming to this place again.
