My daughter and I had an appointment. We were late, they were very accommodating and nice to us. The low rating is because the nail tech used a motorized file on my natural toe nails so much so that it burned me and has continued to be in pain since. I tipped them well even though but I don’t think I would go back. I don’t think power files should be used on natural nails unless it is requested. I am 9months pregnant and this made my feet hurt and
Changed what should’ve been a relaxing experience into sort of a traumatic one. I hadn’t got a pedicure in over a year but always trim and file my nails to keep clean and neat. The excessive filing of my nail enamel really hurt and bothered me. The tech was apologetic but it really shouldn’t have happened I probably won’t go back.

I cannot say enough good things about this nail salon. They have been my go-to for the last year +, and any time I've had my acrylics filled at a different salon for any reason, I've regretted it and wished I had gone to Golden nails instead. My mother was a manicurist, so my standards (especially for acrylics) are high. Everything is sterile and clean, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes when walking in with no appointment, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommend their services!

I love Golden Nails. I have been going monthly for pedicures. The service is always prompt, friendly and professional. It’s a welcoming atmosphere and the nail technicians are top notch. If you’ve never been to this salon, give it a try. You will be glad you did.

I have fibromyalgia so my hands are sometimes stiff and the lady doing my nails kept saying something to me about not relaxing my hands even after telling her what I had and she did my feet she didn't clean up my cuticles and didn't scrape the bottom of my feet properly. Was disappointed with the customer service part but price wise was very good no complaints in that area

This place is great. The staff is really friendly. My daughter had her nails done for the first time and no appointment was needed. He did a wonderful job. I will be back to have mine done and I would recommend this place to anyone.
