Kara was awesome! We needed to return a lot of materials I had purchased on Tuesday morning! I had lost the receipt and she found when I checked out on Tuesday and was able to provide a full refund! Great customer service will be taking all my flooring business here!

Loved most their selection and low prices. They didn’t have the color tile I wanted for one of my kitchens. Total bummer! Was hoping for a deep dark wood looking tile. It seems like for any tile, their total selection is either black, gray, white or light sandy/natural looking colors with some fun pops of color in between. Been saying it’s hard to find a nice tile that’s a dark rich color without being totally black or gray. I was, however, able to purchase tiles for 2 bathrooms and can’t wait to start on my project with those! I like how all the tiles are available for purchase on site. Everyone was super friendly and willing to offer help as well. Great customer service.

We went to Floor & Decor Bellingham just to look around. Met Gany, who is very knowledgeable about the products and not only answered all of our questions but showed us flooring options that hit all the marks we wanted for our project.We hadn’t set a date to start the project yet but after working with Gany, we were sold on the flooring he showed us and went back the next day to purchase.Gany is a great representative of Floor and Decor, very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I met with Designer, AJ, to discuss a kitchen backsplash. AJ’s knowledge and creativity was very reassuring. I’ve been wanting to update my style from strong traditional to slightly more contemporary and AJ gave me the confidence to do so by providing me with different tile options and style ideas. I definitely felt that I was being heard and my many questions were patiently and thoroughly answered.

This is a great store but what's more important are its amazing employees. We had the pleasure to work with Meghan and it was a great experience! Meghan was extremely patient with all our questions. She is very knowledgeable as she guided us nicely through the many options for choosing tiles, colors and the right materials for our project!! I highly recommend to speak to her before selecting tiles on your own.

Full Package Designer in Bellingham MAHad an excellent experience at Floor and Decor in Bellingham MA with Design Supervisor AJ Edwards. If you are in need of a designer who is the FULL package, she is the one you want! I needed help with a messy renovation where I had to blend old and new and I found this woman to have more knowledge than those I spoke with in several top name tile stores.

We are doing a large Renovation and we found tile we liked. An extremely friendly and knowledgeable association named Colton answered every question and was a wealth of knowledge. My wife and I left the store and said we wish we had employees like him . When we were ready to purchase the tile we thought it would be easier to run over to the Avon store as it is closer . Completely different scenario at that store . Nobody was around and we finally found someone, however they were no help at all.We said let's just go back to Bellingham and see Colten. We drove to the Bellingham location and luckily he was there . We placed our order and picked it up the following week.I dont know what management sees these reviews , but I hope you are taking care of Colton . If not I'd hire him in a second .

Just wanted to give a shout out to Gany. My husband and I needed some help in the store, and he was our hero for the day! He found tile that we thought was discontinued and it really made our day. He has such a great personality and his willingness to help is something you don’t find every day. I know who to ask for next time I have a project “ like Danny but with a G(def not a z haha)”! Thanks again for helping us with the tile and the glitter grout Gany.

My wife and I worked with Meg in the Bellingham store. She greeted us very welcoming, courteous and professionally. Asked the right questions getting us to solutions swiftly accurately with no pressure. Very helpful and a talented designer. We been in the remodeling business for close to 50 years and Meg is certainly one of our best experiences ever.
