I love Dean Bank. Small town Bank that my husband and I used for years before he passed. The people there have always been very friendly and helpful. Never made me feel rushed, which is why I changed to Dean Bank several years ago. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I have been banking with Dean since 1997. I recently took a job in RI so the bellingham office is the best fit for me. I Love the staff, the friendliness and willing to try to help in any situation. During these tough times it is nice to have someone on your side. Thank you Bellingham Branch for all you do!

I had a phone call transfer and even though it lasted after closing and the call dropped, she called right back. She was so kind and helpful!

Dean bank is the one bank I tried that truly cares about the customers. Always extremely friendly and so helpful with any problem. You lose your debit card you can get a new one right at the bank no waiting for it to come in the mail.

Been with this bank over 20 years and they treat me like a VIP. Very helpful and fix issues that arise quickly. Employees Always smile and demonstrate an eagerness to serve you.

Had this bank since I was in elementary school. Have had a couple issues on my part that was fixed in a courteous manner. I would reccomend Dean Bank

I waited 12 minutes in the drive thru after my deposit was sent. I watched 4 people walk in and out of the bank after I had sent my deposit to the teller. If you can't accommodate the drive thru, don't use it, or tell me it would be faster for me to come inside. Poor service. The condescending apology was the icing on the cake. So here's your poor review and I think I will finally get my husband to switch banks now after being customers for 14 years. This location definitely needs new management.

Terrible service , employees are rude and they don't know how to welcome the customers I walked in and the guy on the desk from like 15 feet away ( what can I do for you ) with that serious face . That's not it , I said I want to open a safe deposit box , and he didn't know what to do , no experience . And he said maybe you have to have an account with us and he wasn't sure . So he calls his manager who didn't seem to know much either , she said it's ( recommended to have an account with us to pay for the box , but I know I can pay cash for it anyways , so it wasn't not nesessary to have an account . Anyways , they are rude and I didn't like the service at all and plus they lost a customer . And I'm glad i didn't do business with them .

Incredible service. Best bank I have ever had. Been with them for years now and will never change. Former Bank of America customer and so so glad I changed. I went from no service with Bank of America to impeccable service with Dean Bank!
