In the past year I have visited Crank It Over for a variety of car issues and each time they’ve done a wonderful job diagnosing the problem. I cannot say enough about Chris and Don for all their kind and professional service. As someone who is not knowledgeable about cars, they always take their time to explain the problem(s) and recommend the best course of action. That speaks volumes to me, not only as a woman but as a deaf/hard of hearing customer. They even went insofar as to ensure I safely got home. Great employees and service. Side note: They also sell cars as well.

Chris/ Don are true professionals. Their honesty and quality of work is unparalleled. CIO services all of our cars and ensures that they are all repaired/ serviced properly and they only quote what needs to be done. I had a great mechanic in my hometown growing up. Now that I live in Bellingham I didn't think I would find someone to meet those standards. These guys at CIO have exceeded my expectations. I've used them twice now and they have gone out of their way to make sure that my vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion. I found them to be honest, reliable and they did great work and kept it within the estimate. I will definitely use them going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great mechanic. I do close to 30-40k miles annually for my job. I have to have a great mechanic to rely on. Thanks again for the great work!

We have been going to Crank It Over since he
it opened. Benny/Don is the very best front desk coordinator. Always available for information and knowledge about whatever we need. Chris is the best, always checking in and making sure our needs our met. We won't go anywhere else for our car repair needs!

Chris and the team not only brought my Tacoma back to life, but did so for less than half what another shop had quoted for similar work. Turnaround time on my vehicle was impressive and the communication through the process (including photos of the work being done) was by far the best I've ever experienced. Bonus: Free unlimited petting of official shop dog Tully!

Been a long time customer of crank it over automotive in Bellingham. Actually, my whole family has been going there for the past two decades or so. Never been disappointed in them. They are always true and honest with their service and always looking out for their customers safety on the road. Great group of people. They will diagnose anything wrong with your car to make sure it’s up to par and, I have even purchased one of the greatest automobiles of my life from them. It runs great and, I’m very happy with it. The guys at crank it over will even help you out where to get an inspection and, making sure your up to date on your oil changes. They even have good connections to high quality auto parts. I would highly recommend crank it over to anyone I know who is looking to get work done on their car… cheers!!! And, thanks again guys!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST.

I found Crank It Over for my automotive needs when Chris first opened the business. I continued to do so for the next 15+ years until I relocated to South Carolina. I went to CIO on a recommendation after the dealership told me some things about my car that didn’t add up and there was a noise when I was driving that they couldn’t locate.
