Got a quote ahead of time for a basic transmission fluid change on my Honda Civic for $149.99 plus the cost of the tranny fluid. I brought my car in for the service and was re-affirmed of that price. Once the service was complete the service cost was raised to $199.99 plus the fluid which I was charged $97 for 4 quarts. So I ended up being charged $50 more than what I was originally told. Tried a few times to contact the owner about the price discrepancy and got no response, will not be back.

Had an excellent experience at Caryville! I was looking for a master tech for my Genesis and they absolutely went above and beyond. My car needed major services from transmission fluid, to a new belt, tire rotation, new air filter, transmission case (I think it’s called), etc. I called Caryville on a Tuesday with my laundry list of services and they got me in for the next day. Highly professional, great customer service, extremely clean shop and bays, awesome at building relationships and treating customers like clients, checked for services due at the mileage and time interval I would not have even thought of as someone proficient enough with cars but not a master, they even gave me a ride home a few minutes down the street from the shop while my car was being worked on! I expected to be without a car for a few days based on the amount of work yet they completed it in one day with amazing prices you won’t find at the dealership or some other local shops. Truly impressed with how my car is running now! Highly recommend for all of your service needs.

Let me start of by saying Chad is the man and don't go anywhere other than Caryville... I took my extremely modified 2015 Audi S4 to them making over 600hp to the wheels.... I explain to them my dilemma and my time of need of the car back (My son wants to use the car for prom)... Chad and the boys at Caryville more than exceeded my expectations of craftsmanship quality of work and time of work being done... I went to FOUR other shops and they told me no way they're touching my car and that no shop probably would touch it do the modifications And if they were going to touch my vehicle the labor was going to be three times the regular labor amount.... The boys over at Caryville Not only said yes but did a far better job than ever expected.. They also got It done at their basic Labor rates which are better than anybody's in the area.. I have seven other vehicles and my wife has two they will all be going to Caryville For our oil changes to our timing being done to any services on our vehicles. If it can be done these boys will get it done faster better and cheaper than any place hands down. Not to mention I live over 50 miles away and I work in Bellingham and I still bring my cars to be worked on by Caryville If that says anything about their quality of work.

I’m writing this because I pulled in with my BMW one afternoon to talk to Chad about a custom exhaust. Which he is a BMW enthusiast as well.Rudy is his top mechanic and foreman.He’s a specialist and hasall the accolades to prove it. And he has worked for BMW for years. He recommended me something I do not regret. He recommended me buying oem competition mufflers and to not cut out my resonator. And he recommended a different look and we found 4 nice tips to install as well. What an awesome idea that was.Similar to the design of Armytrix exhaustfor way less. Sounds incredible. Fully guaranteed and all welded in.Which others recommend me cutting out my mufflers completely. That was my biggest focus and I wanted to be ultra satisfied. I did go to Lou’s custom but I decided to stick with Chads and Rudy’s idea better. I’m extremely satisfied and so grateful with the service he gave me again.No price is ever to less.Thanks Chad.Thanks for satisfying me again.Sometimes the best mechanics are in your local towns. They do everything for all makes custom or not.Which I’m well known for sending customers there. This place looks amazing and Chad deserves all this praise.You can’t satisfy everyone and we know all that. But I don’t want a butcher touching my good stuff either. Where would I go then.I plan to bring him my motorcycle next. Which he’s an enthusiast for them as well. Great Bunch of guys, had a Flat tire but tire size on my car is hard to find. But went out of way to help and get us back on the Road. Very pleasant. Would recommend to anyone.

7-21-23 we had a flat tire and across the street from this place. I will recommend them to anyone. Had an amazing experience with them. They went out of thee way to get us back on the road. Very impressed this them. And they didn't take advantage of the situation. That is what impressed us the most. . Awesome !!!

I actually can’t believe how great this place is. Chad and his team run the neatest and cleanest garage I’ve ever seen. They’re caring, HONEST, professional and efficient. They’ll go way above and beyond for their customers, cause they’re actually just great and caring people. When my alternator died, I UBER’ed to work, and while there, figured I’d give Caryville a call just to see if they had any availability over the next couple of days. What happened next was amazing. Chad offered to come to my house, drive the car (in danger of dying on the road at any moment) to his shop, and he had it repaired before I even got out of work. Easiest car repair ever. What a guy! They service more than a dozen different brands, and have an off-site location for body work and paint too. Very disappointed, do not bring your vehicle here,cheaper and better service at the dealership, I was way over charged,never received a call when the vehicle was ready,ended up waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room no body around.spilled oil all over the back seat ,cover was never screwed on tight on the gallon of oil i supplied for oil change ,over charged for a cabin filter i that already changed,dirty fingerprints all over hood,couldn't even right the correct next mileage oil change off by 20,000 miles.Adam no longer works there .no reason to go back there.I won't be back .lost a good customer
