I recently purchased a Green Mound Juniper from Bonsai Outlet. The tree looked nothing like the photo on the web site. Web site showed a well formed trunk with numerous bends. The tree that I received was pretty much straight up and down with little movement in trunk. plus, very little branches coming off trunk. Very dissatisfied...

I've seen plants that my friend got and place an order! That was beautiful well routed didn't need anything really put some white rock on top just for design :-)

Very disappointed from the start. I will say the tree came in great condition and the packaging was great. After that it goes down hill. After taking out I noticed fungus gnats all around the tree. I emailed the company to let them know. They said that it’s normal and to let the tree dry out. Which I did for 2 weeks and also sprayed with natural fungus gnat spray. Well they are still all over the tree. When I sent my second email they just told me they won’t harm the tree and sent me a link or order their pesticide spray. Which in my opinion they should have sent one with no cost…

I ordered a Japanese 5 needle white pine which arrived yesterday. I just wanted to shout out to the shipping department, as the tree was obviously packed with great care and the tree and pot were received undamaged. The shipping department was also very responsive in honoring my request to hold the tree for 1 week before shipping so I would not be out of town when it arrived. Their communication by email was greatly appreciated.

Such a cool store with a big variety of beautiful bonsai trees. The staff is helpful and friendly.Be warned though, if you think these are gonna be like the $30 bonsai you find at Lowe's, buckle up, these are serious business bonsai. I think the cheapest bonsai i saw was $75, and the majority seemed to be multiple times more expensive.That said, I'd love to return to one of their classes and pick up a little tree of my own soon!

I ordered the Hawaiian Umbrella Tree and I was not disappointed. It is beautiful a few stems fell off in transit. I was blown away by the condition and how beautiful it is. I will definitely order again.

Ordered a miniature ceramic hut to add to my bonsai pot. It has such detail in the design. Adds nice additional interest to my bonsai tree pot. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought 3 Yixing bonsai pots from Bonsai Outlet. They're lovely! The order arrived quickly and everything was well packed. I will definitely purchase pots and other supplies from them in the future.

I purchased a bonsai tree for my daughters 1 year wedding anniversary. The plant was delivered when expected however the pot was broken. I emailed right away (picture of broken pot attached). Response was to plant the tree in another pot or wrap it in plastic till the replacement pot is delivered. The replacement pot was not over nighted and the tree remains in plastic. (A week later) The company did offer a replacement pot and extra dirt (however, that remains to be seen since the replacement pot is scheduled to arrive my 7 pm this evening. ). When the company sent out a replacement pot (the tracking number was not given to me) so I had to send yet another email asking about delivery date. At no time did the company offer credit, a refund or a gift certificate to apologize for the broken pot hassle. This company claims 100% customer satisfaction however I have yet to be satisfied. I would have liked to give this company zero stars however that is not an option. Save your money and your time - shop elsewhere!

I asked for a Bonsai tree from my parents for Christmas, and they bought me one from here. It died within a few months after taking proper care of it. After 9 months of still hoping it would "come back to life" because that's sort of what the pamphlet indicated, (or how I understood it), I finally reached out to the vendor asking if this was supposed to happen. I asked if it is supposed to die after a month or two. Instead of getting a resolution, I got a list of questions of "how I had been taking care of it" so they could send me more instructions on how to take care of another bonsai in the future. So I think this means that it's not guaranteed to live more than a month or two, so, why would you bother? Just buy a few months of flowers from the grocery store if you want to look at something pretty, but cheaper. I was hoping my bonsai would work out because it's a good corporate gift and I'm in charge of those at my company, so it won't be this place..... another logo sweatshirt for everyone it is!

I ordered in February but due to low temperatures they did not ship until April. I was hesitant about having a bonsai tree shipped, but it came packaged perfectly. It is a beautiful Fukien Tea tree. I absolutely love it! Bonsai Outlet communication, shipping, products and customer service is top notch. I would definitely recommend them.

Received my first ever bonsai yesterday. Carefully packed and even more beautiful than I imagined. I liked that you can see exactly the plant that you are purchasing. I was afraid I overpaid because I saw bonsais being sold by Home Depot, lowes and amazon for so much less. I started to educate my self on bonsai trees and after seeing this plant I made the completely right choice. Amazingly beautiful to me.
