I recently purchased a Green Mound Juniper from Bonsai Outlet. The tree looked nothing like the photo on the web site. Web site showed a well formed trunk with numerous bends. The tree that I received was pretty much straight up and down with little movement in trunk. plus, very little branches coming off trunk. Very dissatisfied...

I've seen plants that my friend got and place an order! That was beautiful well routed didn't need anything really put some white rock on top just for design :-)

I purchased bonsai tools from them online. They came absolutely rusted. I was emailing support team 3 times - no response. I do not recommend this seller
