We had an oven scheduled to be delivered today a day before thanksgiving and they canceled on us last minute till the weekend!!! Now we have no stove for thanksgiving and have to cancel our guests coming over. We are too late to order a thanksgiving dinner since it’s all sold out. I would never purchase anything from Best Buy ever worst costumer service ever.

Best delivery warehouse. My dispatch told me that my appointment was 3 clock. I got there 8 pm and the security told me they start receiving at 6am so all my fellows truck driver there no way 3,4or 5 am. There home Depot you can park and there Wal Mart beware Walmart has sign say ( no overnight parking). It took 1 h to unload you. Keep up guy's.

Ordered online and the tv I wanted wasn't in stock at my Best Buy local store. Warehouse staff were pretty efficient, checked in at the desk and within 5 minutes they had my order ready at the loading dock around the corner. The desk, gatehouse and loading dock staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would finally use this method again, much better than going to a busy retail store!

No overnight parking for trucks and trailers you can park at Home Depot or Walmart up the road. Appointments for deliveries start at 6am so if your broker told you something else they lied to you. There are no workers that do unloads after noon time. Also the guy that says he was 1 min late and the rescheduled him is lying. They give you a 30 min to 1 hour grace period if you are late. They security is friendly and do the best they can to help you. If you are picking up a item you ordered they are open until 7pm. Expect to wait about 5-10 mins for your item to be loaded into your vehicle for you. It's nice and easy depot to go to and if you treat everyone with respect you will get the same in return. As far as COVID guidelines for the lady saying there has to be a better way. You should have read the sign on the door that said 6 feet apart and no more than 2 people in the office at a time. They did what they needed to do you just didn't follow the guidelines Shame on you. 5 stars all day!!!!!

Totally Agree This Place is /was one of my worst delivery. Arrived at 10:00pm for a 05;00am delivery. Review stated overnight parking. NOT SO.Nearest parking 1.5 miles HOME Depot.Went back at 04:45 that’s when I was told they start receiving at 06:00am had to leave again. Got back at 05:50 two trucks in yard awaiting door assignment.In door at 06:45 finish unloading 08:25.Keystone Freight seams to be the only one allowed Overnight Parking. All Driver’s I spoke with Echoed the same . JUST TO LET DRIVERS KNOW NO OVERNIGHTPARKING. NO EARLY DELIVERY. RECEIVING STARTS AT 06:00am
