This company should be avoided at all. Costs owners are scumbags they think it's funny to purposely break peoples vehicles and then proclaim they didn't so that they can charge you for it.

This business deserves 5 stars because they employ quality employees like Shawn H.. He was my AAA tow truck driver when 2 of my tires were flat. He found a tire store that was open on Saturday in late afternoon, he drove me to the store ( I just recently moved to the area and didn't have anyone to call), he was professional and just an overall nice guy. People like him restore my faith in humankind. Thank you Shawn!

Had to put a new battery in my car today, after the car not starting I called AAA and they sent me Mike who was very kind and explained how everything worked. I bought a battery off him and he installed it. Very kind very professional. He got me out of a tight spot really quick.Service: Battery service

Mike saved my life today. My battery was shot and I needed a new terminal as well, with me following him back to the shop for the terminal it still only took 30 minutes max with travel time included. if I could give 0 stars I would!!! worst customer service ever!! apparently it's ok to swear and scream at a customer on the phone and tell me I'm a stupid f****king b**tch and to go F myself and I called back to get hung up on twice and then her male employee answers and decides to tell me it's ok for her to treat customers however she feels because they deal with frustrated customers all day. I asked why he's defending her actions and he decided to swear at me and I started yelling back at him for being disrespectful and unprofessional. he told me he will make it his mission I never receive services from them again. don't ever call them for business especially when they won't do what they say they provide on their website

Used BPPI mobile replaced battery through AAA and was told also needed new red terminal battery connection. After car had trouble starting and then wouldn’t start so towed it back. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Local mechanic told me bad battery connection. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

They like to scam people, I ask them to see what's wrong with my car and they took part off when I didn't ask them to fix it, then the charge me $192 just because the went to see what wrong with the car. They didn't even find the real issue neither did they fix the car. The girl who work there is just terrible at costumer service.

Devin the driver was very courteous and friendly and only took minutes to pick my car up after I called for the tow. Jerry fixed my car at Bellingham Parts Plus the same day and I had it back that afternoon. I was treated great by these wonderful people and will be back in future if my car needs work. Price was good and as quoted. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I phoned AAA for a tow and they sent Devin C from Bellingham Parts Plus. Devin showed up within the time frame given. He was very courteous and he even offered to let me ride along with my car. Jose towed my car 9 miles. He was awesome and did a great job. The woman who answered my phone call was also very kind. Jose was able to pick me up quickly and without a scratch to my car he got it up on the flatbed and to the destination safely. I recommend them.Service: Car towing
