This company dropped my car off their flatbed and it hit a police cruiser. The owner won't return my calls, and never reported the incident to his insurance company. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Gave my car back “working” and then of course it stops working the next day. Guy tries jumping my car 100 times didnt work so he tells us its the starter and has us call aaa again to tow it to this location. They check it out for an hour, changed the battery and said it was all good to go. The next day it doesnt turn on again. Maybe this mechanic should go back to school and learn how to properly check car parts out instead of being lazy and rude.

I’ve had to use Bellingham parts plus (through AAA) 3x & each time they were PHENOMENAL! The first 2x it was Devin, he is incredibly proffesional, personable and knowledgeable! He was a real life saver & today I needed their battery service. Kylie came & she was the BEST! She got my car started & really knew her job! I must say I’d give 10 ⭐️if possible! They’re incredible! Thank you Devin & Kylie!!!!

Kylie came to jump start my car with AAA from Bellingham Parts Plus. Very professional and clear about what the issue could be and what they could do and not do because of where the battery was located. Got my car running and I will get it checked out ASAP.

I have never been to a better mechanic!!! They have been so helpful and friendly. In a word where we are checking out our own groceries they have gone above and beyond!!!! If I could give them 10 Stars would! Only place I will ever go to get my car serviced!!!!!

I had to call AAA to get me a tow for 2021 suburban a driver call Devin show up and he was the one that tow my car to Norwood he was very professional in everything possible . Thank you guys we will be calling you for all of our towing needs

Got my car towed by this company through Triple A for a flat tire on my passenger side. I wasn’t there for pick up or drop off of my vehicle as it was 25 degrees outside and I couldn’t keep my two year old in the car for that long. I was assured my car would be fine and they would pick it up and drop it off without me being there. This car was just purchased about a month ago and had no rear bumper damage at all. Well at some point while towing it they put a hole in my bumper and when I called about it they told me there’s nothing they can do because I have no proof they did it. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive. Now I have to go through small claims court to get my car repaired. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not get your car towed by them.
