Variety of choices for refrigerators. Delivery was good. Need more details and options for waterline installation. Plan goal should be for a total install on the day of delivery. Needs to help customer plan better and have parts available on that day. would have been a better experience. But still favor Bellingham Electric for purchasing appliances.

My first time shopping at Belligham Electric was informative and easy with Jessica's help. Within a week my new washer and dryer were delivered. The delivery team was also great! Will come back when needed and refer to others.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer. Everyone was very professional, the price was the same as big box stores but delivery was so much better than big box stores.

From the moment we walked into the showroom until the day our appliances were delivered, we dealt with people who understand customer service. Our first contact was Joclyn who listened to us, only showed us appliances that fit our needs and took all the time we needed to help us make an informed decision. She is so much more than a salesperson. Our appliances were delivered, as promised, by very polite, no nonsense drivers. They took extra care while removing our old appliances and installing the new. From start to finish Bellingham Electric impressed us.

This is our second time purchasing appliances from Bellingham Electric. Both purchases were so easy, their sales team is so knowledgeable and were patient while we tried to decide between the various options available both in the showroom and in their adjoined outlet. The first time we purchased an entire kitchen suite and washer and dryer. Absolutely no issues and the delivery went seemlessly with many delivery dates to chose from.This time we bought just a fridge and again from purchase to delivery everything went great. Unfortunately there was an issue with our freezer door being put on wrong. They immediately responded to my concern, sent out their service team and the issue was fixed very quickly. Their customer service is amazing and we will continue to return for all of our appliance needs
