Outdoor Personia recently delivered an outstanding greenhouse to our school. Working with Christian C, Matt H, and the rest of the team at OP was a great experience. Not only was the process of designing/planning easy but the structure itself is amazing!! We couldn't be happier with how the greenhouse is. The delivery was great too. One person drove it on a trailer and placed it right on the pad. The parents, staff, school board, and most of all, the students are really happy with our new greenhouse. Thank you to everyone at Outdoor Personia for making this a fantastic experience.

Our lamp post is beautiful.
It has held up to severe weather fot two years and still looks great.
The installation went well except for a few minor parts missing that delayed it several days but that was not a big deal for us.

We purchased a beautiful cedar pergola from Outdoor Personia and it was exactly what I had been looking for. We had looked at so many places before finding them, and I’m so glad we did. We even had it delivered and installed and the guys were all wonderful.
We would definitely purchase here again!

We are happy beyond words with our custom Haven greenhouse from Baystate Personia of Bellingham. Initial planning with Christian was thorough and took into consideration all our needs and special requests. We were kept informed with updates and photos sent throughout the production stage. Our site was not the easiest for positioning a 10’ x 14” building, but the delivery crew were expert at getting it done. It was ready when promised and we are thrilled! Thank you Christian and all team members for this beautifully crafted greenhouse!

We had a wonderful experience with Baystate outdoor personia. We originally went to get a shed and ended up purchasing a shed and a large two car garage. We are very pleased with the results and the overall experience

1 star given for the excellent quality/craftsmanship of the shed itself and 1 star given for both sales rep Christian, who tried his best in the beginning to help fix things, and for the landscape crew that came out, who were friendly and nice to work with. (UPDATED on 6/11 for agreeable resolution reached w/management and 1-star added)
0 stars for all other areas, specifically: communication, project management, meeting deadlines, and customer service.
It feels like we worked with a completely different shed builder than other reviewers b/c our experience has been pretty awful. In the beginning it was fine, but once things started going wrong, it just got worse and worse. Though I never leave bad reviews for companies like this, my frustration has peaked to the point where I felt it necessary to take the time to write this to let others know to be wary.
Here is a list of the major issues we encountered:
-Custom shed (~$30K) delivered to our home (March 12) with garage door and dormer on wrong sides // the design errors were on company side, not ours, and they agreed to remake
-3-weeks later (April 2) second shed arrives and we reach out w/several issues: 1) shed (and stone gravel base laid by company) is not level, 2) doesn't have correct garage door, and 3) custom paint color requested is not a match // do not get any reply; reach out again 2 days later to get response
-2-weeks later (April 17) crew said to be coming out to address issues // no one shows up and no notification of rescheduling
-(April 19) crew comes out to readjust leveling of shed and add more gravel (but still needs to come back w/more gravel) // we had been unable to use shed since delivery b/c waiting on this to be addressed
Crew was also supposed to replace garage door during this visit, but they didn't know about garage door needing replaced and instead had brought a front door replacement but it doesn't fit
-Another 4-weeks go by without contact, then (May 16) was told crew will come today w/gravel and door replacements // was notified later that day need to reschedule
-May 22 crew does come w/gravel and door replacements
-Still unresolved paint mismatch issue // company has offered $500 discount and will give us a can of paint to do ourselves, OR they will repaint but no additional discount, despite all the delays and issues we've been put through
Bottom line:
***Bad communication issues cause repeated incorrect or inconsistent actions performed by company
***Shed promised by late winter (w/PO signed Jan 24) and today is May 29th -- 4-months later and we are still dealing with an unfinished product
UPDATED: On 6/11 an agreeable resolution was reached with management and shed project is officially done

We approached Outdoor Personia about designing a greenhouse that would honor an alumnus. They were collaborative during the design phase and attentive on custom requests. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and detail-oriented nature resulted in a truly beautiful space that will provide more than just a place to grow things; it’s a new transformative classroom and experiential learning space. We couldn’t be happier with our Outdoor Personia process. The people and product are a great partner!

A beautiful shed, delivered on time… It wasn’t the easiest wooded drive to navigate, but the skilled driver had no problem positioning the shed. Not the cheapest option, but they got the job done without drama. I’d use them again.

We are absolutely loving our new shed! We’ve been stuck in a bad faith insurance claim for about a year now, and as a result haven’t been able to live in our house. Although we figured out sleeping quarters and a living room space outside (I.e. a trailer and a bell tent) we were finding that this arrangement did not provide adequate work or eating space for our little family, particularly in winter, and was making our life more chaotic. We asked Baystate Outdoor Personia to build us a tiny insulated shed, with just enough space for a simple kitchen table and a little room for a compost toilet. They were very patient and pleasant to work with and took the project in stride. Not just that, but they finished it ahead of schedule, and kept to our budget. Good, honest people. The workmanship is phenomenal and the shed is exceedingly well insulated, to the extent that we haven’t had to worry about heating and cooling as often as we have had to for the other structures. We are loving spending time in there and have felt our mental health improve tremendously since it came along. If you are looking for a custom shed, we highly recommend working with this company! We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future for other projects, one day when we get past this insurance mess.

Purchased a gazebo from Outdoor Personia. It was a challenge placing it where I wanted it on my property, but they were able to overcome some obstacles and placed it perfectly. A slight problem occurred after the install, but it was corrected immediately and without hassle. Very happy with the service and the employees. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and down to earth, the people at Outdoor Personia were extremely responsive, respectful, and thoughtful. They delivered our shed two weeks earlier than scheduled and it was better than expected. Top notch craftsmanship and they made it look easy. I feel I got more than I paid for. One of the best experiences hiring tradesman ever. Thank you Outdoor Personia!
