I sincerely hope that the postmaster, James, has been fired. If not, that would be really, really bad. His behavior is horrific. And to the guys who are employed there and stand around visiting and not doing the job for which they are paid: Get to work.

Watched a man expressing his 1st Amendment right to record public officials in their official capacity be harassed and have the cops called on him. If that weren't bad enough, the POST MASTER lied to dispatch about what the man was doing in an effort to have him illegally detained for a crime he didn't commit. SHAME on you.

I love the Belchertown post office so much. I use it A LOT, as I have a lot of family members and friends overseas. Plus I love stamps. The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with. I read about towns losing post offices and just am *so glad* that Belchertown still has this one. Keep on keeping on, guys.

I normally leave good reciews only but this post office was horrible except the front clerks. A bald man with glasses and a woman named courtney. Everyone and everything else... was trash services. Including the post master

I have been going in for years. I bring pre-paid parcels in regularly and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Attitude is important, and if you have a good one, they will to, even when they are busy. That has been my experience.

wish we could give no stars. anytime I have a package delivered, it gets marked delivered to my PO box, then when I go there and check my PO box there's nothing. go to the front counter and it hasn't been sorted yet. so they make your stuff delivered when they haven't even sorted it. that's not how this should work. if it says delivered to my PO box I should be able to go there and pick it up without any issue. not be told "you have to wait til we sort it"
