“My car slid down our sloped driveway on the first snowfall. I backed it up over a rock and got myself in a pretty sticky situation. Justin came out to my house in about 30 minutes (45 minute estimate) and came up with a plan to get me out after assessing the situation. His friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate demeanor made a bad day a lot easier to stomach. Only paid $129 which for how stuck she was seemed reasonable, i was happy to pay it.”
