Usually good. But need to give them a drivers license to use the bathroom even though it's literally within line of sight of the police station. Makes me a little nervous about safety.

Stopped here for gas and snacks. Had to show my license and initial a list to use the bathroom? Kinda odd. My husband was waiting for me outside the restroom (he didn't have to use it) and got yelled at for waiting there lol they also yelled at someone else for not signing in before trying to use it. We left without getting snacks.

Pretty sad that they refuse to let anyone use the restroom without an ID. My 14 year old sister needed the bathroom and couldn’t because she has no ID yet.

Chicken legs where tender but i gt the buffalo chicken mac and cheese bowl. The chicken was rock hard evan after sitting in an overflow of buffalo sauce for 30 min.Could have cracked a tooth, my steak knife would not evan cut through. It was like rock hard breading. Never again

I visited Pride on 03/01/23 at 12:26 pm one of the cashier looked like was not in the right mood. Which I don't care was looking angry at me. Look out for that lol. The other cashier that I checked out with her she was polite. Thank you.

Finally stopped by this store yesterday for the first time, after having passed by several times on my way here or there. Large, well stocked store. Many snack/beverage choices, hot/iced coffee, donuts, other pastries, candy, salty snacks, public restrooms (must ask cashier to be buzzed in), Chester's fried chicken, which has excellent fresh food (including meal deals & kid's meals) at great prices with awesome service, milkshakes & slushies available here also. Lottery, tobacco, dining area indoor/outdoor, drive thru for customer's convenience. Friendly staff. Fair prices. EBT accepted. My only complaint is that the parking lot had lots of bees & many people (myself included!) are allergic, please spray to avoid customer's & staff getting stung!!! Gas available too, handicapped accessible store/lot/restrooms. Located conveniently near Belchertown Courthouse.
