ID'd 1 time out of the 50 times I've been there. if you're gonna ID people, atleast have it be on a consistent basis. and not by the cashier's choice. 4 people in front of me didn't get ID'd but I step up and get ID'd? I'm by not means a youngin'.

I will never go in this establishment again they fired an honest hard worker for protecting the store!!! It took five police officers to get a 90 pound cracked out girl in the cruiser this girl went crazy kicked in the door try to trash the store and they fired the employee who has been there for years I think it’s very sad that this family owned establishment would do such a thing

Walked in to get some grapefruit Smirnoff (which they don't have in a bottle just nips) Walked up the the register and the lady was completely negligent to my existence while she watched a video on Facebook. There was another girl stuffing her face and also ignoring the customer. The lady continued to be rude as she cashed me out.

I really, REALLY like this packy.. I come to BTown to see my Girl at least 3 times a week from NH and I am treated like a local. Good prices for MA and the nicest staff.

Warning to anyone under 40 or with an out of state license, the cashier at this store will make your experience hell and go so far as to accuse you of having a fake ID. The employees poor judgement skills shouldn't be reflected on the customers experience but prepare yourself for scrutiny unless you're absolutely old enough to have an AARP card. I live very close to this store and have purchased from them a few times. Despite being so close I drive elsewhere due to the revolting service I've received here. This is one of the only places in Belchertown where the phrases "Thank you" and "have a nice day" are met with a glare or scoff. Unless you're a traditional "townie" I recommend finding a professional operation that conducts itself as such.

I'll avoid this place as much as I can. The woman who usually works there is extremely unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. They don't have too great of a selection either. Said hello, thank you and have a nice day to the woman who said absolutely nothing back to me. It's not hard to muster up some basic customer service but she can't even do that. She'll also make you feel horrible and guilty if you've recently turned 21 by grilling you about your license every single time you go. If you can avoid this liquor store, do so.
