I purchased an Audi Q3 from B Town back in July and I've been having so much fun with this car, I haven't had time to write a review. Now that things have slowed down for me, I finally have time to share my thoughts. My first interaction with anyone at B Town Motors was with Kevin, an employee who set me up with a test drive. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and it’s quite apparent proud of the work he does and who he works for. Secondly, your shop was spotless though Kevin said the floor was a bit dirtier than usual. Nonetheless, I was impressed with it and told him that it just shows how much one cares for their business and their customers.
A few days later, I began communicating with the owner, Karol who was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond getting the car ready for the road after my purchase. It was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've purchased many cars in my life!! B Town Motors will certainly be the very first place I go next time I'm in the market for a car.

I went here just to browse for used cars.. the guy was nice and offered test drives. They had great vehicles prices were very fair. and I noticed the shop was very clean inside. Would recommend.

Karl sold me an SUV with a rusted out engine for almost $17k. I have already put in $1300 in repairs and now have to trade it in 3 months after I bought it. He also sold my stepdad an SUV at the same time that needs $6,100 in repairs. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I booked a detailing appointment on September 24 for an appointment on October 23. I checked in on October 17 and they informed me they are no longer providing detailing on Saturdays. If I didn't reach out nothing would be have been communicated and I would have shown up for an appointment they wouldn't have been able to take, and nothing was offered to rectify the situation.

In a world where buying a car can be a nightmare, my purchase at B Town Motors was a dream come true. That’s a quote from my husband after purchasing his Mazda CX-9 at B Town Motors recently. Karol was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. This small local dealership is extremely clean and welcoming. We were both impressed with every aspect from the greeting to the test drive and follow up to make sure we were able to print our registration on line. We can both confidently recommend Karol and B Town Motors.

Great used car buying experience - the best I have had. Karol was great to work with from start to finish. The vehicles on his lot are all high quality and priced fairly. Karol is great to deal with and is very knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. He is not a high pressure person at all and gave my great advice regarding a vehicle that I was considering trading in. You can tell he takes great pride in his vehicles and facilities as they are immaculate. Karol is a refreshing change from the normal used car dealership. I highly recommend that you consider Btown Motors for any current or future new car purchases. I wish I had discovered this gem years ago.

Bought a Nissan Titan from them and it wouldn’t pass a nys inspect when I got it home because the brake pads, rotors and brake calipers were shot. Other problems were the front end links were bad as well as the lower ball joints causing an extremely loud creaking about a week after the purchase. I bought the truck on a really cold day so when I tested the ac it was hard to tell but it seemed fine and as the weather is getting warmer I find out the ac compressor is not functioning. I paid top dollar for this vehicle thinking it was in good shape from a reputable dealer but I was wrong, I would strongly advise keeping your distance from them. Crooks.
