“Took my older Mustang here a couple of weeks ago for an inspection after doing some serious suspension work last year (then stored for the winter) they found slight play in the wheel and guessed it was a loose bolt on the strut. Turns out because they were not factory shocks/bolts/nuts the torque specs were much higher than stock and they were right. Car is back on the road! Appreciate you guys going the extra mile!”

“A friend recently referred me to Martin and I brought him an old (2005) Dodge/Mercedes sprinter van that I'm converting into a camper. I knew there were lots of issues going into the repair (brakes, rust, brake lines/hoses, tires, etc. etc.) Martin took the time to thoroughly inspect the van and provided fair estimates for his work. The parts seemed reasonable relative to online prices and his labor costs seemed very fair. We had a delay on some tires that I had ordered online - and then had to re-order because I got the wrong size. He was patient with me even when the van spent several days up on one of his lifts. Now that things have slowed down for me, I finally have time to share my thoughts. My first interaction with anyone at B Town Motors was with Kevin, an employee who set me up with a test drive. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and it’s quite apparent proud of the work he does and who he works for. Secondly, your shop was spotless though Kevin said the floor was a bit dirtier than usual.
