Found my way to Verizon in Bedford today, with a corporate iPhone that decided to deactivate its self. Jen was quick to help me, replaced my SIM card and I was out the door in 20 min. Awesome experience and great atmosphere.

Outstanding performance by Salomé. She epitomized the customer service experience. My wife and I had a rather lengthy visit due to technical difficulties. No fault to her, she remained a consummate professional throughout the ordeal. She was courteous, patient, detail oriented and went the extra mile to figure it out and achieve results. Promote her now to positions of increased responsibility where she undoubtedly will excel.

Sal our sales person epitomes customer first, it’s the best experience I’ve had in a Verizon Store. Sal was very diligent, thorough, and carefully explained all the plan options. Sal is a role model of exemplary service and going above and beyond.

Sal went above and beyond, then went further above and beyond to meet my family’s needs in our budget. I’ve never gotten such spectacular service at a Verizon dealer. Cannot recommend highly enough. Worth going outside your area to stop in.

Elisa was excellent, spent quite so time with me to help me switch over to a Verizon customer. She was very knowledgeable. There were times when the store got busy, she was by herself, she was able to go around and help everyone fairly instead of keeping everyone waiting!

Called Verizon customer support and told my Apple Watch was not able to be replaced even with the Verizon insurance. Thankfully, I got a second opinion at the store! They started my claim for me on site and walked me through what to expect with setting up the replacement.
My only complaint is I was not able to edit my mailing address and I’m concerned about the delivery of my replacement item.
