There are stores you know you’ll get personal service and they’ll do their best to meet your requests. This is one of those places. I’ve been going to this shop for my shipping and printing needs for about 8 years now. I know I’ll always receive quality service, and on top of that, they’re open most nights until 8:00pm. Definite 5 stars!

Great UPS store. They stay open until 8 pm which is a great plus (compared to nearby ups and fedex locations). Good customer service as well. It was fast and friendly. Clean store.

Call to confirm! No notary staff present.Friendly staff promptly informed me that they didn't have a person on-site that could notarize.They had a drop box where you could leave a document to be notarized... but part of the process of notarizing is that the notary is signing off that they saw you sign the document... instead, they suggested the bank down the street.While friendly and prompt, I'm leaving two stars as they could not perform their advertised service.

Great experience today! After having my package rejected from the Burlington UPS Store because they couldn't scan the label (the label was newly printed and they offered no help in resolving the issue), I took the same package and label to the Bedford UPS Store where a helpful rep manually entered my label's tracking information and gave me a receipt to confirm drop-off. Good customer service makes a big difference, and this location clearly values their customers, I'll definitely be back.
