“Really inviting, friendly staff, and well-kept. I loving stopping in here whenever I'm around, and it's a wonderful place to play magic and meet nice people.”
“I've been coming here for about 3 to four years around late covid time with my dad and we've been coming up here since it is a short walk to were I live which is a short walk but prices are really fair for everything and staff is really amazing as well I would always come here”
“The employee in charge of the Pick a Brick wall is a Lego fanatic after my own heart. Any great new piece that becomes available for US PaB walls can probably be found in this store. The selection on the wall is amazing and they have a load of other parts in storage waiting to go on the wall. The other employees are equally amazing and helpful. This store is dangerous for one's wallet.
[I wrote this before the pandemic, I've been back once in late 2022 and the pick-a-brick wall was packed, plus a dozen boxes next to, plus a few more cups, plus more in the back. They have a helpful menu, too.]”

“the staff in here are literally the most kindest, sweetest and caring folks. they’re super helpful with anything you need. they pay close attention to your shopping and will let you know certain deals or new things they have. did you know they have a teddy drs office in there? not literally but if your stuffed animal comes apart or needs surgery they got you covered. i believe it’s for the cost of whatever you’re replacing ie a beating heart. you’ll have to pay for the heart. it’s such a pleasant experience here and it makes me want to spend more money because the service is just A1. down to earth chill environment and it’s extra exciting for your little ones. thank you for choosing the staff well. i hope they’re being compensated enough to be comfortable in life.”
“I’ve been shopping here for years. There is never a shortage of options for thoughtful, unique and often local gifts. The store is a delight to explore and it is owned and staffed by delightful humans.”

“My mom was in this week after being hospitalized for a few weeks and still recuperating. One of the employees saw her struggling a little and was very accommodating, as she was trying to buy her grandson a birthday gift . They helped her shop and walked her to the car afterwards. Exemplified how good customer service should be executed. Thank you so very much !”

79 Main St, Concord“Great selection of goods in this children's store. A lot to choose from and to shop through. A bit more expensive than I was looking for but the quality was top notch. Friendly staff.”
“This Paper Store has recently relocated to inside the Burlington Mall.Located right next to Fogo de Chao, this new space is much bigger now which means there's more product to shop! The design of this new location is also clean and very modern feeling. Same as at other locations, you can find jewelry, apparel, toys, greeting cards, and more. I also saw that they offer ear piercing which I've never seen inside of a Paper Store before. Glad they moved to the mall because parking is a LOT easier now.”
“My little brother (13) and I absolutely LOVED this store!! The secret area is so magical and pretty and it truly heals my inner child, and my brother had so much fun showing off his basketball skills and there’s an area for painting although I’m not sure if that’s something you just do, or if you sign up for it. It was so fun and had super cute stuff I would’ve totally bought more if I had the money!! The girl who checked us out was super kind and I didn’t even know that the back area existed until she asked if we wanted to check it out. if you’ve never been here, GO. It’s SOOOO fun and cute and nice there. I can’t wait until I can go back!”
“Excellent customer service, wonder and friendly staff in the play area. Very clean, nice assortment of activities in the play area. Great selection of toys and gadgets.”
