Brought my car in a few weeks ago for four new tires. Spoke with a wonderful young gentleman about my options. I had a few questions that he couldn’t answer so he had me speak to his manager Brian. Let’s just say Brian is not a people person. In fact he is probably the most discourteous person I have ever met. He made me feel like a total imbecile. It was the first time in about 30 years I have cried in front of my wife. NEVER AGAIN.

Whatever you do stay away from Sullivan tire and more importantly from Brian. He has the most inadequate management style. He couldn’t even manage a diet.

I can’t express enough how impressed I was with the professionalism and kindness of the staff at Sullivan Tire. Paul and the young lady (whose name I sadly forgot) went above and beyond to assist me. The place was clean, the prices were excellent, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend choosing Sullivan Tire for your auto needs—I’ll definitely be back!

STAY AWAY!! Went in for an oil change in June. I was leaving the store after what I thought would be a routine oil change and I was wrong. After 20 miles of driving my vehicle it broke down on the highway. Went to check what happened and there was no oil even in the car!! I towed my vehicle back to Sullivan Tire and called the next morning 5 minutes after they opened. I spoke with the manager Brian who said they already looked over my vehicle and that there was oil in the vehicle and it wasn’t their fault. I then said I had a video of there being no oil on the dipstick and took the video alongside the guy that towed my vehicle back to the Bedford Location. I then was told that they’d look over it again and see what happened. I called back a few hours later and was told I need an entire new engine. Clearly Brian was just trying to pull a fast one claiming it wasn’t their fault until he realized I had video proof to cover me from having to pay for an entire new engine. It took 3 months to get my vehicle back. Right before they gave me my vehicle back they tested it mutiple times to ensure nothing else was wrong. However, they didn’t even fill my tank for the 32 miles they put on my vehicle while test driving it and didn’t care to get it detailed or washed after sitting for 3 months. All in all Sullivan Tire put me in a extremely unsafe spot. Luckily I was able to get into the breakdown lane but if I didn’t who knows what could’ve happened, I could’ve been seriously injured. Brian the manger is a horrible person and shouldn’t be allowed to manage a location. A bunch of lies and horrible customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else, Sullivan Tire is horrible and they don’t care at all about there customers.

This place is awesome - I got a flat at 5 pm and they were able to get me a new tire and replace the flat before closing at 6. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and called all customers by name. They also told me about potential repairs I may need in the future. Great experience

I've been to the Bedford location many, many times servicing over 10 cars over the years. Every single visit is exactly the same, great customer service, great scheduling, great explanations of work and most importantly, I trust them 100%. I will never go anywhere else for car service.

Their appointment is a joke. It does not matter what time the appointment is, even 8:00am and they would say picking up at 6pm despite the choice of “waiting” instead of drop off in the appointment.

Honest and friendly, on 3 occasions. I know, most people are honest, but it sure was nice, after I approved a $1800 repair, to hear them call back a few days later with "We got the part in, lifted the car to replace it, but saw that we had initially been misled (transmission fluid stains had appeared to be corrosion on the transmission rack). So we just found and fixed a simple leak, and sent the unneeded part back. That will be only ~$200, not $1800."

Easy to setup the appointment and get in when I needed to.
Team was very friendly, tried to bend over backwards to get the car ready at a time that was convenient for me (I didn't need the car urgently, so I picked it up the next day).
Lyft ride from / back to the shop made things so much easier than worrying about scheduling work / rides / etc

I used to get great service here, but they seem to have gone downhill recently. Seems like there have been some staffing changes and they don't offer some basic services - e.g. Sullivan will not replace a defective TPMS sensor even though I have the exact TPMS replacement provided from the vendor. Disappointed, and will go elsewhere in the future.

It was one of those days... 1-Flat tire & a damaged side wall on the other. I dropped by at the end of the day , to see if it could be repaired without an appointment.
5-STAR TECHs!! & a 5-STAR Team.
They go it done !!!
( after working a full shift of other repairs ) The Tech even noticed I was out of windshield fluid and refilled it ..
