Best stop and shop around. Dave and Sandy have the best meat and fish counters in the area. Update: S&S no longer has a working butcher shop here.

I won't go too specific but I hope that Cashier has a better day. I know people here have their ups and downs. But I heard them vent to a customer about the last customer that was looking for something. She told her to where she needed to go but as soon she left. I heard the cashier "....we have signs...people need to look" I will never talk about a customer that needs help. I work at a grocery store, I know customer service and i know most people can be rude or asking those obvious questions. So i understand some people are frustrating but some cashiers should keep their comments to themselves. Because you know the walls have ears. Please think before you vent.
Overall I love still love shopping here!

Great people, awesome management, no issues whatsoever after 8 years. As for the wholefoods down the street, I cannot say the same.

Supermarket in Bedford. Loads of parking. They carry the usual things including fresh produce, deli, meats, refrigerated and frozen foods, bakery. Get the store card if you want the discounts.

Used to shop at a different Stop and shop years ago so I was happy to go this one now that I live in the area. But charging for cheap paper bags and having almost no cashiers so I have to ring up/bag everything myself (when did i start working here?)...if the prices were lower because of thier savings on labor then I could understand but they are still not competitive with MB - which I guess is why the store is usually mostly empty

Bought 2 chicken pot pies from this store that were covered in mold! Clearly not kept cold enough, didn't see any items in their store that looked like it was kept cold enough.
