very good service, recommended.
Today (7/17/2024) I drive my car (Volvo XC90) take 2 new tires to the shop, no apoinment, the service engineer replaced the 2 tires for me soon, only 20 USD for each tire, this is the best auto shop I met in USA, honest, diligent, real American.

The wait was short but the autidue from the worker wasn't needed. I come from 8 years of customer service and I would never be so rude to customers. Sadly this is the only place near me to do inspections so hopefully next time it won't be as bad of an experience

This Sunoco station is a great place and is very accommodating to the customers who service there vehicles. Dante is a very knowledgeable and friendly man who will make sure that you have all the necessary equipment fixed, and fixed right. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy, and he has a good staff that he constantly monitors to assure that the service is safe and reliable and done properly. Sunoco should be proud to have his services to represent there name.
Thank you Dante for your leadership skills in a time where good help and good services are hard to achieve. I will continue to support you, and send you all the people who need auto repair your way. But please don’t blame me for the full lot !!!!

Riggio Sunoco has been doing work on vehicles for years. He is one of the only shops I trust to work on my vehicle’s . They do great work, honest assessment of work being done and potential issues that may need to be addressed in the future. They try do stay within your budget and doesn’t upsell things that isn’t necessary. I drive all the way from N Chelmsford to Bedford to have my repairs done because of the honest good work. Again he the only one I trust to work on my classic car and my every day vehicles for my whole family. Keep up the good work.

Mark helped me get out of a jam when my SUV broke down in Dorchester. He was polite and quickly loaded my car and dropped it off an hour away in New Bedford Ma. He left me a message and let me know when he had dropped it off!! Great service would highly recommend!

I’d like to start off by saying thank you to Riggio Auto in General for taking my call late on a Sunday night for a tow when AAA left us stranded. A special shout out to Mark who came to the scene less than 10mins, I even remember saying to him “you’re quicker than McDonalds drive-thru”. Mark is Very knowledgeable and compassionate, he made our horrible night turn around to an okay night when , he reassured me that all would be okay and he get us home safely which he did. Mark is definitely someone I would highly recommend if you ever needed towing assistance. Thank you again Mark your kindness will not go unknown.
