“I have NEVER had better service than I had today. I had to ship two different things and I didn't know which bags or boxes to pick and Tracy helped me every step of the way. She was so kind and personable and helpful. I never want to use another post office again.”

“Steven at the Waltham post office was very helpful during the passport process. He was very patient with my family. He helped us with the step by step with a smile. He went an extra mile and gave my toddler coloring paper to keep him busy. He knew the customers by name. Just a phenomenal and excellent service. Thank you Steve!”

“I have always experienced exceptional service at this post office! The clerks are friendly, knowledgeable and very nice. Karla is outstanding. And there was a gentleman who saw me crossing the parking lot after 5:00 --he was outside on a quick break--and let me know they had just closed. (I had lost track of time). I turned to leave, and then he offered to take my packages anyhow as they were pre-paid. !!! So helpful and nice!”

“Package became lost but Phil was really nice and the lady that works on Saturdays that’s not customer service was semi rude. Package ended up arriving without tracking updates. But THANK YOU PHIL!”

“The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”

“Let's be real the old lady at the front desk should've retired ~10 years ago. Her bad attitude just gives places like this a bad vibe. Just hire an underpaid college kid, even they'll have more manners. With people already asking to defund the post office this lady isn't really helping her case lol. She told me to call the state department if I had questions about my passport? Seems to me like someone with 60+ years experience working there would know the simple process of filling a passport form out”

“You can always find the same people working here. They will help you and direct you if you ask. It's USPS. Bring your own tape. UPS and FedEx charge a premium for package delivery, but give you tape for free - so what?”

“I went here early on a Thursday morning and there was no wait. I did not have a box for my item and the USPS employee was so nice in helping me find a box and pack my item. I was pleasantly surprised by how well my experience was!”

“I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world. Thank you Gerry for making my day better!”

“I think that it's extremely unfortunate that this post office has gotten such low ratings. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and I can honestly say that while I have had very few interaction directly with staff, there I rarely have any reason to bother a humanbeing with such a simple task as taking a letter, because this is one of the few locations in the greater Boston area that still has a 24-7-365 SELF-SERVICE KIOSK IN THE LOBBY. Anyone that chooses to go during the day to a busy post office and expects to get out of there quickly is delusional and they probably have issues with using the self-service kiosks at most grocery stores. I have never had a problem with the kiosk and I hope that this review will help others make better use of their time and reduce the burden on postal workers. GO THERE AT 7:00 P.M. THERE'S NOBODY THERE ?”
