Service department has yet to call me back. I brought my 2024 atlas because a light inside my car is cracked (internally) I was told I have to wait for the service manager to approve. Which requires another appointment. Tried calling again, no call back! Still no call back. They also supposedly update my radio, that still glitches and the service rep said he could walk me through over the phone to fix it? Unacceptable. I tried because they are closer and thought I would get the normal service I expected from VW. I do not recommend service here at all.

I can''t say enough positive things about this dealership. Sales, service, and finance all have their ducks in a row. Every interaction I had was top notch--professional, courteous and respectful. Through the years, I have bought a lot of cars due to high milage sales jobs, and the process (especially as a woman) can be miserable to say the least. This dealership has pleasantly shifted my viewpoint on car buying! My first interaction with Minuteman, was through the sales manager, Timmy Pullo. I was referred by a friend who is also a happy Minuteman customer. I knew exactly what I was looking for, but Timmy didn't have it on the lot. Timmy searched and found the 2024 Atlas with everything I wanted. He had it on the lot the next morning by trading with another dealership. He is a man of his word and truth be told, I had not even put a deposit down yet. At this point I had already shopped around and knew a fair win-win price for this vehicle. We agreed upon a price that was super competitive, and I was ready to buy my Atlas. Before driving away, I sat down with John in the finance department who was equally as professional. There was no huge pressure to add on things I didn't need at that time and the process took minutes. Dave, another member of the sales team, helped me take delivery of my vehicle and showed me even more bells and whistles that I was excited to have. I returned to the dealership a week later to have some extras installed--mudflap, bumperdillo, etc. The service department was prompt and courteous. I was in and out pretty quickly and they also inspected my vehicle and put a sticker on it since I bought it over the holiday weekend and couldn't inspect it then. Aside from the top notch staff, I am also so happy with my Atlas R Line. I hadn't sat in a Volkswagen for many years and was previously driving Audis and a Lamd Rover for a while. Sitting in the Atlas feels very luxurious. Super comfy heated and ventilated seats and all wheel drive will allow me to enjoy the new England weather shifts. The large display screen and controls look high end, and the handling is the amazing handling I would expect from a German engineered car. The third row is easy to enter and exit and is spacious even for two normal adult humans! So, I am thrilled with this car and with my entire buying experience at Minuteman. I believe I will be a customer for life, and I hope to refer many friends who can also have this positive experience-- no pressure, professional and overall a feel good process. We purchased a 2022 CPO vehicle that was delivered with a cracked windshield. After some confusion with the sales agent, who was not very helpful, I was able to connect w Tim Pullo, the sales manager, who was very helpful! He listened to our concerns and offered to replace the windshield. Appreciate the follow up & thanks

Got some service done for my car. In and out without any hassle, upselling, or scare tactics like other places. Priced appropriately for other service providers in the area too. Really great experience from start to finish, which was less than 24 hours.

Updated 8/31/24- I have always loved the service department at Minuteman but I just purchased my new vehicle there today and the sales staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Cameron and Tim were awesome and took care of everything. I had my new car in less than 24 hours and they spent so much time explaining things and answering my endless questions. Definitely recommend Minuteman for both sales and service! Great place.

Don't go anywhere else besides Minuteman VW! I've dealt with Boston VW and Braintree VW over the years with purchasing and servicing my previous vehicles and I would never go anywhere after coming to Minuteman. Tim the GM, and the sales reps Cameron and Tim were such a joy to work with when dealing with my wife's Tiguan working through options at the end our our lease. The car buying process is usually a drag but the team at Minuteman made it as easy as can be making it a fun and exciting experience which I have never experienced anywhere else. The team cemented where I will be coming for my next vehicle and I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Thanks again and see you next time!

Was honestly happy I was able to get the car unfortunately another incident with catching the driver having a joy ride. The salesman didn’t obviously know anything about the car nor the person who delivered it cause I saw how much boost I hit during the test drive which was 8.2 and when I got it it was 22.8 kinda scary that’s why I was looking at the screens before I left the car with them. Of course nothing getting done and no message from the owner either. How do you average 19.2 mpg on a car when I have literally average almost mid to upper 20s and also my throw out bearing is making a noise when I depress the clutch which has something to do with the carelessness of the driver who will obviously not get disciplined cause I never got a apology from the manager either considering I am paying a lot of money for a older car. Do yourself a favor and don’t have the driver drop the car off especially if it’s a Volkswagen because they can pin that on you if you bought it new saying you were driving the car hard.
FYI i have worked at a few dealerships myself as a tech to know how some people are and the fact that you fail to acknowledge a screw up when it stores it is on you which is sad. Learn from this experience and do better especially when the driver was questioning why i was getting the car to begin with.

I decided to bring my new car here for its first 10k service and had one of the best service experiences of my life. After the car was washed, there were minor scratches all over the car including the roof and side-panels between the doors. I brought this up to Shaun in service (sorry if i miss-spelled your name), and he had it taken care of right away. He was kind, and great at explaining different details throughout the service. I left with my car feeling new again. Thanks for the great service!
