“Forget any bad experience you’ve had at other UPS Stores, this location is a gem! I can’t say enough good things about this Newton branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, plus they have an awesome self-scanning system that allows for Amazon returns, plus self-printing UPS labels for Zappos, Nike and any other company that sends pre-paid labels. I’m always in and out within minutes and see other customers with more complicated shipping needs being helped with ease. UPS Stores are franchises, so it’s like supporting a local business.”

I rented a mailbox at this location for two years and I never had any issues.When I moved out of state, the lady working there offered to extend my box for a month for free, and willing to ship any letter I may get during the transition. I am very pleased with the service I got.”

Seems to get pleasure out of not listening to a word you say, offers options you clearly don't need, then continues to screw up your shipment, no matter how simple it is. I refuse to go to her station anymore. I f anyone else is working, I will wait even if I am next up. If she is the only one working, I turn around and leave. Not worth the hassle and frustration. EDIT: EVERYONE else is great.”
“I wonder if all the negative reviews are from people trying to keep folks from coming here because it's actually a really good UPS store.
I've had to return Amazon packages a few times, and never had an issue. Every time I walk in, show them the code, and walk out in less than 20 seconds.
As for shipping-shipping, last time I went in was over Christmas, and I had a lot of packages for various people, and the person running the shop was extremely helpful and efficient.”
