It was a great shop before. Ever since the owner changes to an African American guy every thing changes. Now they never follow the scheduled time as they promises to you and cannot even correctly diagnose the problems. They charge you for repairing parts do not fix your problem. And the technician is reckless, either missing bolts on your car or accidentally scratch your paint.Services: Tires

Mr #### of Invisible Touch of Bedford MA seemingly has trouble with the truth. After promising 6 weeks to repaint my old car (from 5 April '21) and stating I can come by every day "just call first" I have not been able to assess progress. ("workers get nervous,", "on schedule" etc." I have no idea of progress if any. In effect, he has impounded my car and my deposit He says is will be ready next Sunday (7 weeks out). Since he has my $5000 deposit and car but I am denied access, I suggested getting lawyer. He then states that he knows the law so "not a problem" for him. He says it will be finished by next week- 7 weeks out. I shall see. (I may really have to see a lawyer!)

I had a good experience with them in 2016 for body damage repair, so I went back in 2017 for some repainting. Once again they did a fine job, and were price-competitive with MAACO.
