“My visit here was absolutely wonderful. Immediately I was greeted by the store manager David who within a few minutes of speaking with him, knew exactly what we were looking for. I have joint and back pain so finding a good mattress was essential. David took me around the store and made sure to give useful information but did not overwhelm me with too much. He was personable and made me feel like I was the most important customer. He made the dreaded “finding a new mattress” experience enjoyable. “I recently purchased a set of mini boards with a design on them for my twin grandchildren for their birthday.Stacey sent me multiple color and design options for me to choose from, once I chose my design I asked if the boards would be able to be shipped to my grandchildren on time for their birthday which was the following Sat. Exactly a week from me approving the proof.Stacey said they could be and she kept her word, the boards were at their house with days to spare.If you are looking for boards, I highly recommend them.Stacey was very responsive and helpful!”

“We love going each year for Santa and the Christmas experience. However, the customer service side wasn't ideal. I came back to return a faulty Christmas decoration today, Jan 5, and I was immediately told by a sales person, pretty much as soon as I walked in with my Seasons 4 bag, that any Christmas item was a final sale. I said, " I saw the sign on the door that announced final sales on items purchased 12/18 and after,but this was purchased on 12/9." She then said it was likely final sale and to check my receipt because it probably said final sale. Nowhere did it say anything about a different return policy than usual (30 days according to website). Finally another person came over and was more understanding but wanted to check that indeed this decoration didn't work. After checking with batteries in the back, she said she would give me back my money. But rather than apologize, she said that next time I should ask staff to check that the item works with batteries before leaving the store. I will simply be more careful with what I purchase, because we love going each Santa season for the kids.”

Erin was a top-notch salesperson, very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. without a doubt, top quality furniture and expensive, too. The delivery service was also top notch but frankly charging $300 (299) for delivery of one chair was outrageous! For the prices you pay at Ethan Allen charging so much for delivery seems like price gouging.”
“Our filter motor died right before July 4th and the the staff at Dunk and Bubble were great. They provided a ton of info, talked me through the disassembly, replaced the motor, and showed me how to reassemble. This all happened on July 2nd and we were up and running for our July 4th gathering. Thanks again!!”

Yacoub and Ephrem are very cooperative, their prices are good, and their furniture is very nice and European and has a flavor that is not traditional like the rest of the furniture, for example, in Jordans or others... and of course they can deal with the price”
