We love Fetch It! We will not take our 135lb Great Dane anywhere else! Gage is always happy, calm and smells fantastic when we pick him up. He normally gets anxious leaving our property … going to the vet… or just being separated from us. He does not do well behind closed doors or in crates -he escapes! However…No anxiety with Fetch It! We will be back again and again.

I took my two maltipoos to this place their cuts were ok but what I was infuriated about was that my two little fur babies stayed there for nine and a half hours and that was not and should never be ok, and bot cheap either I paid $200.00 with tip overbooking your grooming customer and having little pups stay in a crate for that long is not ok, shame on you first change your attitudes I won’t be going there ever again, the owner and management should think about what they are doing wrong and fix the problem it’s very disappointing.

I found it hard to find a groomer who was local, answered the phone, had availability to take new clients, and did quality work. After having mediocre experiences with other groomers, I finally found Fetch It -- and they're great! It's a cute little shop right in Bedford Center and easy to find. I can't say enough good things about them, they're so nice to work with and reasonably priced. My dog is a Beagle, so he gets a bath and a nail trim, and always leaves looking like a million bucks. Even his vet was impressed at how thoroughly clean his ears were, and what great shape they were in. Everyone at Fetch It is also very sensitive to my pup's shyness and inability to use a crate, which I appreciate. Just a note to bring cash, as it's cash-only. Highly recommend!

I love this groomer. They take their time with dogs that need a little extra TLC so my dog now loves going to the groomer and they do a wonderful job of taming his weird coat.

Fetch It does a fantastic job! We have always been extremely happy with the way our dog Nacho has come out after bringing him for grooming services. The owner Laurie is very nice, genuine and caring. Laurie, her husband and the others we have met seem to really care about the dogs and the quality of the work they do! I never worry about how my dog is going to be treated when I bring him. That is really important! I learned that the increase in cost is often related to the amount of work that is required on your pet. If the dog is matted or has tight knots that need to be carefully and almost surgically removed, it will take much longer and the cost is going to go up compared to a regular cut. It makes complete sense! As they say, you get what you pay for. My dog would always shake and be scared when bringing him to other places, but never when I bring him to Fetch It. I trust them with my dog, and I have always been pleased and happy with the way he looks after bringing him to Fetch It!

Confirm pricing in advance. I have taken our 22 pound pooch for grooming for 3 years, paying $80 (excluding tip). Yesterday I picked up my dog to learn the bill was $125. Ok there was a list price increase of $20 (not stated in advance). But the unexpected add-ons were a shock. I'm taking my best friend elsewhere. Also make sure you are comfortable with the process timing. Lots of pets get dropped off at 9:00. Hard to get a pick up until end of day. So a long nervous day at the groomers.

First time taking our 2 Lhasa Apsos. Great people and great work. Dogs look great and the groomers said they were exceptional. Usually nervous dogs so this was refreshing to hear.
