I've purchased a wall oven that I love even though it's got an issue. The service department at whirlpool gave little satisfaction but Josh and the service dept. from the Bedford store is stellar. I have every confidence in them!!

From delivery to every followup service call in less than one year (a total of 7 different interactions), our experience has been nothing less than a shocking disappointment. Do not shop here unless you want to be told that it's totally normal to smell natural gas while using your appliance. They've given new meaning to gaslighting.

Doyon's is a local appliance shop referred to us by the company from which we purchased our washer and dryer. They are new to us but are well-established and have much experience. We were initially looking to have an older (2008) washer repaired, but in the end decided to replace the set. We were impressed with their knowledge of the brands and features. We were most impressed by their delivery - could actually deliver the equipment before we were ready - and, especially, by the professional delivery/setup crew. Look no further!

Hands down one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Doyons appliance is my local appliance store so i stopped in to see what they had for new Fridges.Jay Ponte went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. My very expensive signature collection refrigerator had been having problems with the ice maker. It was frosting over the inside of the freezer. The wait time for service was almost a month and so the person on the phone let me know they would order a new ice maker (all parts essentially) in advance to cover their bases so they would not have to come back...GOOD. Point awarded to Doyons.It was a long summer month without ice and the yellow sticky note telling the kids not to try to use it had faded and was beginning to peel from the refrigerator. The delay was not their fault and perhaps a seasonal issue for all refrigerators for all mankind. When Jeremiah did arrive, he came prepared. He told me that he had the replacement and could pull parts from it if the entire unit was not needed. I appreciated that my exposure was to be less than 100% of an ice maker. Point awarded to Doyons.In about five minutes of inspection Jeremiah let me know that I did NOT need any parts and it was just a matter of "unsticking the flapper". He spent ten minutes chiseling away the ice and preparing it for operations. IT WAS HIS CANDOR and his HONESTY that compelled me to write this. It could have been easy for him to drop the new unit in and score a big invoice for his company. He did not and there was such a transparency to him and his approach. Triple points awarded to Doyons and Jeremy.A perfect score. Hats off to Jeremy!

It was easy to pick out a new washer and dryer, as Sean listened to our needs and space constraints and made good suggestions. He answered all of questions and provided advice with no hard sell. Thanks, Doyon's! UPDATE- Jose and Chris installed our new washer and dryer yesterday, in tough conditions (small alcove, weather hot and humid). They were meticulous, hard-working, and paid attention to detail so our walls and doorway weren’t harmed. Overall, a superb installation team. They’re the best!

Doyon's is AMAZING as is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! I rarely write reviews. I am truly lucky I purchased my appliances here. I needed an item rushed. They called customers that were not in a rush and asked if okay to redirect a part. Success!I ordered a new, not released yet, refrigerator and they found me a great interim fridge to use. They answered every time I called, even when no further purchases were being made. They CARED afterwards - SO RARE!My sales lead Scott Mooers and business leader Jay Ponte simply went above and beyond - thank you Doyon's!! Highly recommend!

Spoke with Jay this morning who made my day?I was inquiring about model options for dish a washer. Not having a dishwasher is no fun. Jay was so helpful helping me with two options as well as giving me measurements to assist in the install fit. Jay also provided me with plumbers should I order from Doyans.If you need to do business buying kitchen appliances please ask for Jay and don’t hesitate to buy from Doyans.

My old washing machine failed and I live close to Doyon's Bedford.Here is some advice, to help avoid problems that I had:Research the reviews of the appliances they carry before you buy.If you've never had a high efficiency washing machine, research the differences from old machines. Less water might require more rinses and different detergents for sensitive skin. It turns out that Doyon's has a 7-day returnexchange policy. When purchasing they also add on $179 for nearby delivery, installation, and haul away. Read all the instructions and warnings in the machine manual, and do a wash, especially with balanced bulky items, before the 7-day deadline. After that timeframe, they will promptly send a manufacturer technician out to test problems, but my General Electric technician tested only with a computer and a load only containing water, and said it was working as designed.I do not like my machine but will have to live with it. My experience with Doyon's and General Electric could have been better also.
