This pharmacy team is simply going through the motions. They view the general public with suspicion and hide behind policies and procedures. I thought the smiles on their faces were authentic but those smiles stay on their faces while they run through all the reasons why they can't refill your prescription, or even when they have filled it and told you less than 24 hours ago it was ready for pickup, No, you can't have it. Go without your meds, we don't care, still smiling.

im pretty sure its based on the people that work there, but as far as i know its always pretty stocked and i never had any issues. The website is confusing af tho ngl. It's your averge 24/7 opened drug store so yeah.

One would think that calling the pharmacy would be easy. But this is the most difficult thing to get done. No options on the automated system. Kept being told to leave message or download the app. Cannot get to the pharmacy. It's easier to drive to the store than call.

The CVS automated system makes it so hard to do something simple like refill a prescription. They need to have a paid human staff person answer their phone because this is an essential service.

This pharmacy does not use a phone. That is ridiculous and appalling. Don’t bother using CVS for your prescription needs.

Loud, unprofessional, worst customer service ever; and on top of it, they will keep your ID from you if, God forbid, you forgot to get it after a nonchalant attitude from their part, they will toss it away. No empathy whatsoever; one is wondering, how far will this disturb behavior go and how long will the public tolerate it for. Sickening!!!

I love this CVS because of how convenient it is, for a little bit of context I'm 18 years old F and I have several treatable, but uncurable diseases. One day I went to the pharmacy and was charged so harshly by the two men behind the counter, I believe they were son and father. They were so rude and made me feel extremely embarrassed to just go ask for my medicine. He was actually even getting annoyed with me after asking a few questions about medication. Everyone else who works there is fantastic but the people in the pharmacy are literally awful.

Izabella was so helpful when I was freezes out of my extra care card. She made sure I could access my coupon even though it took up a lot of her time. I really appreciate her and everyone in this store!

So incredibly frustrated with the attitude of the pharmacy department. A failure in their automatic communications system was very clearly MY fault, despite the fact that I received notifications that were 18 hours late and inaccurate at best.

Just went down to this CVS. The hours on the door say the pharmacy opens at 9AM on Saturday. It was still closed at 9:23AM. Look, if you are having trouble hiring pharmacy staff maybe you aren't paying enough?!
