I originally went in for the promotion of a 50$ fitting for woods. My experience with Jake was initially great. We had a good fitting. I decided to by a 3W and a 5hy. I paid 1,100$ for the pair upfront. Was told it would be a 10 day turnaround I was told Jake would email when it was ready. This is when the problems started I am a patient and easy going person and understand delays. But I did not receive the first club until 5 weeks later. I had to call constantly to find out any info. When I went to pick them up the 3W was fine. The 5 was not the right club they said they would fix it. Another 5 weeks went by when I finally got the club it was a different head again. Jake told me they don’t make the head anymore. So he just gave me that one. The head is not what I wanted we argued he said “If I don’t like it he will give me my money back. I said fine he then changed his tune and said it’s custom I can’t get the money back. I was so angry I just left. When I got home I realized the head was loose. I called corporate to see what could be done. The representative said a manager would call me right back. That was 3 weeks ago. I feel like my money was literally stolen from me. I just want to be clear I have never written a review for anything I just feel that you should know this before you spend your hard earned money there.

Went in for a full bag fitting with Jake yesterday. He was awesome to work with and so knowledgeable/passionate about what he was doing. Really appreciated how he wasn’t trying to upsell me on anything and was really focused on hitting the right numbers for my swing and helping me get the results I was looking for. Definitely a little more expensive than some alternatives, but having someone like Jake made it totally worth it for me. I’ll be going back to him for future needs. Can’t wait to get the new clubs!

Jake Mola was great to work with. Has knowledge of the equipment and is invested in fitting his customers with the right clubs. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to be fit for new clubs.

Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and collaborative throughout the fitting process. He has a knack for viewing individual swing mechanics and metrics and then recommending an appropriate equipment improvement .

Surprisingly after all the great reviews below, I've had an incredibly negative experience with Club Champion.Given the very high price I've paid for clubs, and great experience I had during the fitting, I've been shocked by the inconsistent and misleading information provided by the customer support team. It's been months since my fitting (and since I was billed) and after countless emails and hours of phone calls going in circles with many customer service representatives, I still have no idea when my clubs will arrive.Incredibly disappointed and I would recommend going elsewhere.

The staff here is great and very friendly. My fitter (Jake) was very knowledgeable and conscious of what I wanted to get out of the fitting the entire time. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an in-depth fitting process

The staff, facility, quality of choices, and testing accuracy at Bedford were great (5 stars). I was happy with the choice of clubs, shafts and grips, and with the care and attention of the fitter. Pricing was a bit on the high side, but ok considering the high quality. The irons took 4 weeks to get to me. However, it took 9 (nine!) weeks to get my driver and hybrid. That is a ridiculous amount of time. (1 star)

Great experience with Dante for a putter fitting. Dante was knowledgeable off what is needed with a putter fitting and was able to align my goals too the correct putter. Large inventory of putters available as well. Would highly recommend.

Very happy to have my custom club fitting at this place. Jake patiently watched me hit some balls, gave me several options to make sure I am getting the right clubs. I went to Golf Galaxy to get fitted and they were not as detailed as this place. Jake patiently explained to me the data and the reason for his recommendations. He also listens to what you are looking for. Definitely recommend to go to this place if you are looking for a new set of clubs.

The overall process was eye opening. My “fitter”, Jake, was amazing! He really knows the equipment and how to adapt it to your needs. I did a full bag fitting. I was looking for distance, (of course), and more consistency. The results on the screen are astonishing. 12 to 14 categories on the big screen in front of you having to do with club speed, ball speed, smash power, trajectory, etc., everything imaginable. You see the “numbers” on your own clubs compared to what you’re being fitted with as you make your swings. I saw the numbers improve as Jake worked on different head and shaft combos. He also knew with a swing or 2 if a particular combo wasn’t a fit.Be prepared to swing, A LOT. I think he said I made 266 swings. Only 2 blisters and a little sore this AM.I might have given 4.5 stars only because of the cost of custom fitted clubs. I do believe however, that you will end up with a better fit.
