My experience has been overall very good. While I am not a huge fan of only one teller, I have only had to wait more than a few minutes a few times (I do not go at lunch time though). They have not ha enough large bills one time, other than that, good.

Absolutely great experiment. The branch manager, Ms. Selamaj, goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied. Single handedly, she takes care of everybody and her commitment and passion for her work is exemplary. I hope she receives the recognition that she absolutely deserves.

Terrible customer service. These people here literally don't know how to do anything. Their answer is "call customer service" if I'm here is because I was asked to come into the branch. Every single time I stopped by this Bedford branch I left angry because they don't know how to do their work. This brach gives a terrible name to Citizens Bank.

1 teller, long wait, and no one can do anything. waited 30 minutes to find out they can't open an account. Really? Only 1 person in the entire bank can open an account?? and I need an appointment to do that? 3 other customers when I was in there NONE of them happy with their service. DUMP Citizens

The people at this branch do not know how to do anything and just have you call the phone service who then sends you to the branch. no one is helpful and wont do anything if it means they have to do lift a finger to do work. Lazy and unqualified employees. a 5 year old could do their job better than they do at this branch
